I have 3 kids from a previous marriage (ages 8, 4, 3), he has 2 kids (ages 6, 5) from a previous relationship. We have been going on 3 years now. For financial circumstances and support systems he lives at his mothers home, I live at my mothers home with my kids, and his kids live with their mom. We are in process of buying a home. I feel like he puts in way more effort when it comes to his kids being around than when they aren't. HIS DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY WAS COMING SO WE PLANNED A PARTY, HE WAS SO IRRITATED TRYING TO PLAN IT I OF COURSE OFFERED TO HELP. I RESERVED THE LOCATION, I GAVE THE DEPOSIT, I MADE INVITATIONS, I INVITED HIS FAMILY, MY FAMILY, MY FRIENDS, AND HE INVITED HIS FRIENDS. I RAN AROUND BOUGHT ALL 5 KIDS OUTFITS, BOUGHT DECORATIONS, BOUGHT CAKE AND CUPCAKES. ALL HE DID WAS BUY HER THE GIFT AND PAY THE REMANING AMOUNT AT THE PARTY PLACE. MY SONS BIRTHDAY COMES UP. I RESERVE THE PLACE, I MAKE INVITATIONS, I INVITE MY FAMILY, MY FRIENDS, I ASKED HIM TO INVITE HIS FRIENDS OR ANYONE HE WANTED. HE WAITS UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE TO INVITE ANYONE, HE OFFERED NO HELP ON ANYTHING. I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD BUY HIS GIFT AND I WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING ELSE. I WENT AHEAD AND DID EVERYTHING ELSE, AND THEN I GET A TEXT (CAN YOU TRANSFER ME $ TO BUY HIS GIFT)..Not once did I ask him for money when I ran around buying things for his daughters birthday but here he is charging me for a gift for my son... And not once did he help me on planning anything he was just another guest

I've been TTC since July but just started testing ovulation with a first response ovulation kit this mont. My LMP start date 10/29/10 to 11/2/2010. I began testing for ovulation 11/8/2010 every morning. I was about to give up when today I got a POSITIVE test for ovulation.

If i'm testing positive for ovulation today 11/21 and my periods fall around the 25th to 29th of month how soon can I test for pregnanc? I know its best to wait after missed period BUT if i was wanting to do the early pregnancy test would it be accurrate with only about 8 days of conception.

I've had almost regular periods since July. Start dates 7/27, 8/27, 9/25, except on 10/29. They generally last 5days and are between 29-34days apart. I've been testing for ovulation since 11/8 to today and just TODAY tested positive for ovulation.

If I do the deed these next few days and I'm to expect my period around 11/27-11/29 when can I test? Won't it be too early to test next week if I just ovulated this week?

I am currently 6 months pregnant due Dec. 2009 and have a 3 year old who will be 4 in Nov 2009. I was wondering if it would be worth purchasing the sit and stand stroller. When I tend to go out out I tend to go alone without the hubby and at times I go with friends. Will I benefit with the stroller or should I just purchase a single.

I was granted a Pell grant of $2365.00 for spring semester. They paid for my classes and deposited $841 into my account last week. That leaves $1,182.00 what happens to that? I did read My Disbursements letter and states if I'm going to school half time not full time that they deposit half of my grant but what happens to the other half? I'm going to go to summer college too does that cover my summer too or what happens?

I got in a car accident (19 yrs old.)The other driver passed red light and hit me.However she said I would end up having to pay her damages b/c I had no DL no Insurance.I didnt' know any better so I agreed to pay her $500 towards her deductable and she would report hit and run.However she gave my info to insurance company.So I confronted her and she was real nice and said don't worry I have full coverage just say we both had the green ROUND light and we collided So I did.Well since the insurance recorded me saying that they want me to pay $8,000-damages,$250-deductable,plus injury.So I decided to tell insurance the real story how she passed red light and hit me while I turned with a green arrow and how she told me to say it was round.And I have TWO witnesses that saw her pass the RED light.But they said they have the recording and don't even want to talk to witnesses. How can i fight them or what?I don't want to have to pay if its not my fault.

I got in a car accident and had no insurance, no DL.I was turning left on a green arrow and a woman passed red light and hit me.We pulled over to disscuss our options.I was so affraid i'm only 19 first accident.She had me belive that I was responsible for her damages just b/c I had no DL nor insurance and if the police were called I would go to jail orsomething so I said i didn't want police and she didn't want police either b/c she ran red light.So we decided I would pay her $500 towards her deductable and she was going to report it as a hit and run and not mention me.Well next day insurance calls me that she gave them my info.So I called her and said what happen why was i mentioned she said it will be fine just tell them we both had the green round light and it will be fine. So i did.The insurance says it was my fault b/c i didn't yield right of way.I said but I have a witness they said it doesn't matter we have the recording of you saying you passed the round light.What can I do?
