so the upper part of my thigh or to be more specific, the upper part of my left quadricep is killing me right now. To make things worse, my left hip hurts and the intersection where the leg muscle meets the groin, hurts a bit as well. the pain hurts a lot, and i sometimes have to lift my leg off my bed in order to get off the bed. It also hurts to walk.

The pain really started hurting yesterday after i helped in a community carwash, but i think it started because of two days ago when i forgot to stretch before and after i played a sport. I also got into a fight two days ago with my friends (a friendly one, of course), so that could be a cause.

I'm hoping its not hernia, and neither do i think so because i don't have any bulges or bumps near my groin. Does anyone know how to fix this pain? Is this a pulled muscle or hernia or something else?

So I have a term paper due soon, and usually I do not have a problem at all with essays and such in soc, but i just cannot figure out a thesis statement for my term paper. My topic is, "Censorship in the United States". Any suggestions?

So I just got on the track team and chose distance running. I am use to running for a long time at a basic pace, but i had not ran since november. In between November and now, all i've done was train for football and had not had a problem with my legs. Today, in track, I felt a sharp pain in my right hip. I asked my coach what i should do and he said stretch for a while, but I did not stretch for much and decided to run again. I did a lap and halfway through the track and my right leg stiffened and the pain grew (serves me right), and now I'm stuck with a stiff leg. Whenever I rotate my right leg i can hear the bones rubbing together, and the straighter I make my leg, the more it hurt. What sort of injury or sprain do I have and what can i do to fix it fast? I really want to get back into running ASAP.

This morning i fell asleep in my driver's ed car and snored -_-

IMO, and I'm sure a ton of you will agree, this sucked. Infamous game series were mainly shown, some games that were revealed at e3 were barely promoted and showed little-to-none gameplay (ex: Destiny and Titanfall), and anticipated games were not shown (Prime example: Super Smash Bros Wii U). Not to mention the extra stuff sucked like the Donkey Kong world champion thing.

Any thoughts? :)

I live in Long Island (NY) and I have a young Sun conure (male, 9 months old). We usually keep the temperature in our house around 75 deg, but for some reason the temperature today in our house was 62 deg. outside was chilly, too. Normally, I would take him outside and walk him around, but today when i took him outside he wanted to go back in. Today, he stayed fluffed up the whole time, but he was also energetic and did not seem to mind the cold air inside. He sleeps in a snuggle hut which is covered with a blanket.

What can I do to keep him warm? Does he mind the heat? Can I still take him outside?

So there are two groups of friends here, group a and group b. I am in group b. However I mostly hang out with group a.anyways group a planned a surprise party for one of my friends in group b named Adam. Group b was not invited because group a pretty much hates themand vice versa.so anyways I was invited and accidentally mentioned the surprise party to group b, even worse, the party was at my house.however the day before group b did have a party for Adam and group a never had one for him. However, group b was still mad at me and now all but two people from my group forgive me. This is weird because I'm never the type of guy to do bad things, but I pulled some Dick moves.how can I get my two friends to forgive me? Also take note that I did not plan the party.also if you guys are curious to why group A wanted to hang out with Adam and I if we are in a group they hate it's because Adam and I are friends with everyone from that group so they don't hate us

So, i have two groups of friends (i'll call them group A and group B). Group A is where my childhood friends are, but I do not hang out with them a lot that much. They are my original best friends and still are.

Group B Is where my friends that I normally hang out with a lot more are, plus they are more popular and outgoing than the other group. However, they are kinda ***** (not to me, of course).

Group B is planning a surprise party for one of my friends, Adam, who is from Group A. Group B always accepts Adam and I, but Group B does not like the rest of Group A at all.

Today, Group B suggested that we throw a surprise party for Adam on Sunday. I thought that was a good Idea, but this is where the hard part comes in: I accidentally mentioned the surprise party to Group A, and said that they should join, too.

I need to tell Group A to not come somehow or else it'll be a disaster, and I will. However, I have no idea how or what to tell Group A.

I need help :(

Last night, my group of friends wanted to go to someone's house to watch a movie and do hookah. I told them that I couldn't come because i was trying to be healthy and not do hookah so i could get fit for football season (and in general). So I didn't go, but I did not tell them that I would also be going to my other friend's house instead. It doesn't seem like much of a problem, except my other friend's are hated by my regular group of friends. My other friends often fight a lot with two people in my regular group, and I guess my other friends are hated because they are more popular than my regular group.

So, I went to my other's friends house and one of my friends, David, dared me to let him send a picture of me at his house to my regular group of friends. I allowed him to do that because I thought my regular friends would understand.

The next morning, I was right, mostly. 4/7 of my group understood what I did and didn't have a problem with it, one of them didn't like the idea, but understands that I'm allowed to have other friends. The other two thought of me as a traitor. These two often fight with my other friends, especially David, so they think of me as a traitor right now.

Is it understandable for them to be angry at me?

So i am half-way into episode 1 of season 5, and I couldn't help but notice how Dexter doesn't seem to be that shaken up by Rita's death. I'm up to the part where dexter is prepping Rita's funeral and all.

Whats your favorite video game genre? Although i am a huge fan of Halo, my favorite is fighting games. Mortal Kombat, Super smash bros, etc....

What t.v. show or movie had the worst acting in your opinion?

Off the top of my head, the tv series, "Arrow" Has some pretty bad acting. The actor who plays Quinn (stephen amell) does not seem to fit in the roll he plays. He seems too nice and whenever he tries yelling it sounds pretty fake. Also, the Quinn family has some pretty bad actors as well in Arrow

So this morning i took my sun conure up to my bed like i usually do, but this time, I put the blanket over both of us. My sun conure loved it, he even did that head bobbing thing when parrots get excited and all. Now, I always supposed my sun conure was male because he tends to be very wild, agressive, and does not let anybody touch him, but what I'm about to say raised some questions. We were under the blanket, and my excited sun conure went up to my hand and started getting all cuddly with my hand which is weird for him. He then put the part between his legs onto my finger and started...well.. humping my finger.

So, is this normal? Is this just mating season and my sun conure got all excited, or is my sun conure a female who got all excited? I never got a gender test on it, but over the couple of months i've had it, it seems to have a male personality

Yesterday I was walking with my sun conure and i heard something in the bushes. It was strangely enough a nest with 3 newborn baby birds. I'm not sure what type of species these birds are, but I did take a video of them (as posted on the bottom). My dad fed them bananas yesterday, but thats it. I could not seem to find their mother anywhere and they are hungry. Also there is a thunderstorm coming in today.

What should I do? Leave them?

What should I feed them? Should I bring them inside my house with their nest?

So anyways, we all love the sun conure (Especially me :D) except for my sister. She seems to be jealous of the bird, which is understandable because we all focus on the bird 90% of the time, but she also seems to be afraid of the bird...

Whenever little Skittles ( his name ) comes out of his cage, my sister won't go near it at all, and this morning, i brought the little fluffy guy to her room and she started freaking out. She refuses to hold him as well.

I know i'm not really close to my sister, but I want her to not be afraid of Skittles so whenever I go out she can take care of him. Please help?

So soon i will be buying the wii u later this year because some of my favorite games of all time are coming out (super smash bros and mario kart 8). I have been on the xbox for a while these years since halo reach came out in 2010, but i'm not buying the xbox one because microscoft is getting greedy (Hell i only bought and xbox for the halo series, its a shame i won't be playing halo 5). Also, I LOVE ssb!

Now, the problem is, super smash bros and mario kart are the only good wii games i see coming out. Are there any other titles for the wii that i can buy OR that will be coming out in 2014? Maybe a new mario strikers?

What games can i get? Also, none of those insanely anime games like naruto, final fantasy, kingdom of hearts, etc... I really don't like that kind of stuff ;p

So I have had a sun conure (Male) since april, and hes really been bonding with me, but he still does not fully trust me. He does not let me pet him, but he does touch me and play with me outside of the cage. near the end of this summer, I was thinking about getting him a companion when i'm not home (something he cannot breed with!) I was thinking of getting something cheap, like a cockatiel for him or maybe i'll spend some money and get a green cheek conure for him.

Is it a good idea to get another conure or get another conure and put it in the same cage as my sun conure?

I'm in High school and my contract is ending soon, so i'll be able to get one of these phones. I have absolutely no knowledge what-so-ever of phones, so i'd like to ask you guys which one fits me.

Here i'll tell you what qualities i am looking for:

I love music, I'd like something with great speakers and something that plays videos very well. I'd love great connection.

I'd prefer a phone that can hold good apps, like snapchat, whatsapp, draw something, etc...

Whichever phone has better screen and sound quality.

Customizations: I'd love it if i'd be able to customize my phone heavily. Backgrounds, cases, phone color, etc...

I have until June 4th, and I will not be waiting for any other phone to come out soon. These are my two options that I want; my last resort is flipping a coin to see which one i should get, lol.
