Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly." Some general helpful information to include when asking computer/mail questions: * The Operating System you're using; i.e. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and the Service Pack number for Windows? * The Browser you are using; i.e. Firefox, IE 5,6 or 7, Opera, Safari? * What mail client are you using; i.e. Yahoo, Hotmail, gMail, Outlook, Outlook Express? * Which DNS server are you using? (Try opendns.com) * Is your Browser configured correctly? * Yahoo Mail won't work with Outlook Express. (Try ypopsemail.com) * Have you cleaned house lately? (Try ccleaner.com) * What were you doing when your problem begin? * Have you recently changed a setting/piece of hardware? * Does the problem persist when you restart the computer? * Have you run an anti-virus/anti-spyware scan? * What have you tried so far to fix the problem? * Post the EXACT error message you received.
