I am wanting to hire someone to come into my house and get my three boys (ages 10 and 8) off to school. The hours are from about 7:30 to 8:45 for two days one week and three the next. (It is going to work into Monday to Friday one week and Monday to Thursday the next but not for a little while).

All this person would have to do is make sure they are dressed properly, presentable for school, fed and out the door.

What should I offer as an hourly or monthly wage? I am interviewing soon so need ideas.

The exams are worth 65% of my final mark (no midterm or final) and each one has a different weight. My weekly assignments are then worth 35% of my final mark. How do you calculate what my grade would be as of this time?

Exam 1 - 57% - weight 6

Exam 2 - 62% - weight 7

Exam 3 - 52% - weight 7

Assign 1 - 92%

Assign 2 - 92%

Assign 3 - 91%

Assign 4 - 94%

Assign 5 - 78%
