  • Advice on handling being called a "bad father"?

My ex-wife causes drama after the divorce which it was a mutual separation. The facts, in the course of our 7 years relationship, I cheated on her in the middle of the relationship. We separated cause of my behavior and antics, and it was the best decision for both of us. A LOT OF TRUST ISSUES BETWEEN BOTH OF US! She rekindled with an old flame and 2 months later she told me she was pregnant with my child. There's a lot of bitterness and we tried to "marriage for the baby" (Technically, she never wanted to get married. I proposed to her and she said she "hated" me. I know, it should have been a clue.) So we got a informal marriage license in the state we live in since we filed taxes jointly. The marriage dissolved because we never trusted nor communicated with each other. It was a business relationship. We had separate bank accounts, split the bills. We were in for the baby, but she never wanted to do anything as a family. With the exceptions of birthday parties, we basically did our own thing with our daughter,

So my dilemna in all of this is our daughter. I pay support, see my daughter every week, and yet she bad mouths me as being a bad father. We're at the cross roads now where we only communicate through text messaging or her mother who watches our daughter during the work week. She repeatedly complains of our daughter's attitude when she comes back to her house and its frustrating. I know its easy to just ignore her and keep on doing what I've been doing in supporting my daughters well being and growth, but our daughter is at the age now where she recognizes the tension. Suggestions?

  • I have a boss who steals invoices and put his name on the sales sheet for the commission....?

He's in a assistant manager position and I've had discussions with the store manager to address my concerns, but was ignored because he's a high volume writer. Is there any law that I could use in reference to stealing from other emplyers as such as "quid pro quo"? Its not a form of sexual harassments, but he's using his position of employment for financial gain by stealing other invoices and forgering the documents.
