It seems like every night somebody is trying to get seniors tested for their driving once a year. Their thought is, if we don't drive like they do than we have no right on the road. Well maybe we do need to be tested more who knows but only after they require drug test every 6 months on anybody who's can't prove they are a senior what do you think?

My former daughter-in-law and son are divorcing, they bought a house on both salaries before marriage, my son can't keep up the mortgage payments by himself so is loosing the home. Daughter-in law still lives there, son lives out of state in the military. She wants my son to remove her name from the mortgage, how can anybody believe that is possible with out the lending intuition re-qualify my son alone?

Two years ago I signed a note for my Daughter law to be, yeah I know bad idea (she had no car no credit you know the story). I had to have car reprocessed it will cost me almost $1700.00 just to get it highway safe. I know I should forget it and just move on what would you do?

My wife wants me to agree to put the home is just my name and make the payments on our house when it took both our salaries to qualify, can this be done, she is divorcing me.
