We are on Washington state and my ex has agreed to terminate his rights to our daughter and he will have no further financial obligation or anything. Do i just get papers drawn up ? Do I have to go to court for thus? Ex pays some child support through state I would cut it off if I could because I don't want it, I'm moving to another state my husband got new orders do I need permission from ex to move with my child? We don't have a legal custody plan or agreement , only when he signed over custody from when he left for basic training, can I just move?

Married and my husband is in the navy and we might get new orders for another state so my question is can I just move? Do I need him to relinquish rights? Will I get in trouble for just moving? any insight would be helpful please

I found out my husband put a personal ad on Craigslist for a hook up back in November, since then it didn't show any new posts. He's in the navy and he's always coming and going, and other than this one thing I found he's an amazing husband and father. I haven't confronted him yet because he won't be back for 4 more days and I want to do it face to face. But my question is if I decide to confront him, will he more likely want to work it out or just be like forget it I got caught no point in trying to make up? We have two children together, it's just confusing when a man shows you so much love but you find something like this? Anyone else have a similar situation I've never ever suspected him of doing anything because he never gave me reason to, I've been in a relationship where everything seemed fine and I didn't know he was having an affair for a year and then when I left him he didn't even try to fight for me. I'm not sure if anything resulted from that ad but that does make it any better?

I cook and clean and take care of our girls with no complaint and I love sex and I stay fit and I know I'm not ugly, I'm spontaneous I make my own money I don't expect anything but love in return? I've always been independent so why would a husband get tempted are guys just that greedy?
