My dog has diarrhea?
I have a nine year old Boston terrier and day before yesterday evening he had bad diarrhea. So bad It was shooting out and had to take him out almost every 30mins to an hour. He is an inside dog and he is only outside if I take him out to potty but he is always getting in to things so I think he ate something that his stomach did not agree with. I talked to a vet tech and said it sounded like he got in to something and told me to give him a little pepto bismol. It started slowing down and less frequent yesterday. I am keeping him hydrated. I let him sleep in bed with me and he didn't get up at all last night to use the bathroom but this morning he is still has runny poop but he only poops little squirts but nothing solid. He is getting better but slowly. What are so home remedies to help or when do I need to take him to the vet? I don't have much money which was why the vet said give it a few days and keep him hydrated and if he is not better by tomorrow then I need to take him in.

3 AnswersNewborn & Baby9 years ago30 weeks and tested positive for gestational diabetes?
I am 30 weeks pregnant and last friday I did my glucose test and barely failed. Normal reading they wanted was 140 and I got 145 so they had me come in today and do another test. I had to eat a huge meal and an hour later get tested. I failed it also. They said max is 200 and I got 204. So my doctor prescribed me a kit where I check my blood sugar levels four times a day. I am scared to eat anything because I don't want my baby to be harmed or if it's going to sky rocket my blood sugar level. What foods are ok to eat? Has any of you tested positive for gestational diabetes? I am scared because I don't know anything about gestational diabetes. Thanks.

1 AnswerPregnancy9 years agoPregnancy women who has or had gestational diabetes?
I am 30 weeks pregnant and today I went in for my gestational diabetes test. I was told 142 was a normal reading. After I drank that drink they took some of my blood and the nurse said I barely failed. It was 145. She said she would let my doctor know when he was done with one of his patients. She said she would call me back and let me know. Since I barely failed does this mean I have gestational diabetes? If so what do I need to do because I have no idea and I want to make sure my baby will be ok.

If you get a letter in the mail saying you have two warrants out for your arrest in Texas and that they are letting the police in our county know does that mean the warrants are real bad or could it mean tickets? It's not me. It's my mother in laws boyfriend.

4 AnswersPregnancy9 years agoMother in law or me? Mature answers please?
I let my mother in law have part custody of my daughter five years ago due to medical reasons and was put in the hospital and had to have care when I got out. My daughter has lived with me but just in case something happened again she would go to my mother in law. I pay for my daughter's dentist bills, clothes, food, and other things. I got my daughter on chips insurance and my mother in law never used the card. She always told me that it did not work and she paid out of pocket. I would give her money to pay back the money she used to pay doctor bills and refused because she said it's her grand daughter and not to worry about it. My daughter hardly is with my mother in law. I filed my income tax yesterday and claimed my daughter. I went over to my mother in laws to drop off some food for my mother in law and she asked if I claimed my daughter and I said yes and then she just flipped out on me. Saying she has done a lot for me and we had the agreement that every year she would claim my daughter because she had partial custody which that agreement was never made or said. She said that all I think about is money instead of my daughter. I was pissed because she is hardly with my mother in law. She is with me all the time. Who is right? She said if she did not claim her that she would owe money. If I was right then why do I feel so bad?

I am 25 weeks pregnant with my second baby. The first time I went in to labor my mother in law was in the room with my husband and I. She took control of everything . She had made a comment a few days ago about her being in the delivery room again. We never told her she could in the first place. My husband and I don't want her in the delivery room because we want to do this on our own. I don't want to hurt her feelings or get her upset. How can we tell her without her flipping out or making me feel bad. Did any of you go through the same thing? Mature answers please.
