is an upgrade from a 14.0" diagonal High Definition HP BrightView LED Display to a 14.0-inch diagonal HD+ Anti-glare LED-backlit Display worth a hundred dollars for a dm4? will the screen look bad without the upgrade?

i am undecided whether to get an hp envy14 with the lowest specs offered and 2 year warranty for $847 or a hp dm4 with i3 processor 6gb memory, 640gb hard drive backlit keyboard and backlit display for $630 with only a warranty in parts

Ever since he was a puppy (he is now about 2-3 years old) my dog has thrown up constantly he has always done so at least once a week but usually it was a lot more. but lately he has been doing it pretty much once a day and im starting to get concerned. he has always thrown up some sort of greenish foam. please help. is this normal?
