  • Orthostatic hypotension?

    So, it started since last year. Every time when I would move up or wake up, everything would go either blank or I would feel dizzy or both. Sometimes it's so bad that I would fall. It still happens to me. Maybe because I lost weight? I went on a strict diet last year, resulting in losing nine to ten kilograms in two months. I also had irregular periods and had to take iron supplements for it. I did go on eating healthy again, but it still happened to me everyday. Even to this day it still happens to me many times in a day. Is it something serious? I'm concerned.
