I was thinking about opening a nail salon with a friend and putting it in my house. Would you go to have your nails done in someones house. I was going to make it completely professional with a manicure station and pedicure station. Whats your opnion?

I have 2 children both boys, one is 6 and the other is 3. I know i am not fat, but i weigh 139 pounds and would like to lose more weight. I am fine with the size i am right now but i want my flat stomach back. Does anyone know anything that actually works? I am putting in a swimming pool this year and i want to look good in it. I have two boys and want to have one more child, with my last child i went into premature labor and had it stopped. The doctor told me that if i do have another child that it would be high risk. I was wondering if you or someone you know went through this and if so did everything turn out ok.
