  • What improvements bring Latent Class Analysis compared to Cluster Analysis?

I use cluster analysis to do market segmentations (psychotypes, most of the time), should I try to use this other technique, or is it too complicated for this purpose?

  • Chi-square in SPSS?

I'm doing a chi-square to test the significance of differences of proportions (my variables are dichotomous) between two groups.

For this I'm using the cross-table menu, but doing this gives me one chart (actually 2, with the descriptives) per variable.

Is there a way to get those variables listed in a single chart with the value of the chi-square statistic and the sigma?

  • statistiques?

  • Question about the t-statistic?

How can the t-statistic be interpreted? (I mean is there a meaning to the absolute value of the T?, I already know it's used to check if the means of two samples are identical)

  • Why is the right winger of the Russian women's team righ-handed?

I thought only lefties played right wing at international level, as you get wider shot angle, but she's really good.

More generally, Is there a rationale for having a righty playing right wing?

  • Why are slimes or goos the lowest level monsters in many adventure video games?

It seems it's especially true about Japanese games, so I was wondering if it's some kind of traditional creature, or some Japanese pop culture feature.
