I had a miscarriage in December of last year and my doctor said that it was okay to start trying again and now we are pregnant, we don't know how far along because of irregular periods. I am so afraid that I will have another miscarriage. I know I shouldn't stress because it isn't healthy but I am so scared.

Has anyone else had a miscarriage then a healthy baby?

I had a D and C on december 13th following a miscarriage. My husband and I have been trying for about 3 weeks and I want to know if anyone else had a pregnancy soon after a D and C and how long does it take to get pregnant after one?

My husband and I will be married 2 years this year and will be engaged 2 years this valentines day, we want to go on an inexpensive getaway, that we can drive to. We don't want cheesy romantic, more like something fun to do together, and not break the bank.

My husband thought of the name

Odin Scott for our son, and I really like it, we wanted something different. Has anyone ever heard of a child or adult with the name Odin? I really do like it though, so I think we will use it, I just want to know if it is common or never been heard of.

I just lost my baby on Sunday the 10th and had a D and C on wednesday. I don't feel as emotionally drowned as I was and now I feel guilty that I am not feeling sorry for myself.

My husband and I have talked and he and I both are fine with the fact that we aren't having a baby. We cried for a day, and now we are fine. We are already making plans to start trying for our family again. Is something wrong with me, should I be crying more often.

Don't get me wrong, I feel sad, I wanted that baby more than anyone could know, but I cannot seem to be upset about it. Is it possible to get on with life this quickly? Or are my hormones just dwindling away?

I miss the concept of being a mother, and having a baby, but I am so focused on my husband and work that I am not greiving like I thought I would. Should I greive more? I have sat and thought about it, trying to grasp my feelings about it, I seem fine there too

Thank you so much to all of you who answered my question about my lost baby. The comments and suggestions really helped. I will keep your stories in mind and let you all know when I become pregnant again, and will need your ultimate wisdom again. We plan on trying for a baby after the first of the year, we didn't try very long for the first pregnancy, but it might take a while because my body will have to get used to not being pregnant for a while. Well thank your for all of your prayers and stories, I appriciate them more than you know.

I went to the doctors on friday and they couldn't find a heart beat. I was worried but didn't really think anything of it. So on saturday I started spotting, my doctor said that it was normal. On monday I woke up at 6am and I was bleeding really bad. My husband took me to the ER and we were there for 5 hours. They couldn't find the baby on the ultrasound, my HCG count was high, but no baby.

Today I went to my doctors for a follow up and they said that I had lost the baby or that I had a blighted ovum, which means no baby formed. We are going to try for a baby again, in a couple months, but for now I am lost, I have all of these maternity cloths and baby books and I feel like I faked my pregnancy, because I wasn't after all. I really just want to know if anyone else has gone through this, or a miscarriage. Let me know how you coped with it. Thanks for your caring words last time, they really helped.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I went to the Doctors on friday to hear the heart beat and he couldn't find it, I am worried that I am not pregnant, I have a trans-vaginal ultrasound schedualed for tuesday, I have been confirmed with blood tests and a pelvic exam, I just don't feel pregnant. No morning sickness, or any kind of sick at all. My waist line is thicker but that could all just be me eating more. Has anyone else felt this way?
