my car passed smog and all of that other stuff i did a tune up

it drives strong but the engine light goes off and onb here and there but if the car sitts for a couple days it smokes when i start it but only for a second then it stopes but its alote of smoke what would cause it to do that

were are there some nice but good not crouded fishing spots in or around sacramento i need some new 1ns

i just did a full tune up on my car ive done it plenty of times b4 and didnt do anything diff but this is a diff car.

after changing ther oil i started it up and white smoke came out the muffler (alote) what would cause that?
