On Thursday morning I had a sonogram to determine the age of my pregnancy. (I never get my period due to PCOS). While we were there, they determined that we were at 9 weeks in the pregnancy but the baby did not have a heartbeat. They gave me the option of allowing the miscarriage to happen naturally or to have a D&E. I chose to have the D&E and I scheduled it for this coming Monday 12/15/08. Today I am having dull pains in my lower back and light cramping in my abdominal area. I am not having any bleeding at this moment. Is this my body about to start miscarrying or will I make it through until my appointment Monday?

I asked a question yesterday to see if it was too early for me to take a HPT. I have a seven-eight week cycle and was having some symptoms. I took two HPT's and both confirmed we are pregnant.

I am currently taking glucophage for my PCOS and dont see my Dr. until December 8, should I continue to take the Glucophage?

I tend to get my period every 7-8 weeks, last two cycles, it has been seven. I got my last period on 10/01/08 or 10/08/08 (i cant remember the exact date, i know it was one of those). My breasts have been really sensitive. I have had sick off and on and crampy. no spotting noticed yet.
