I know Gene did not write a book per se - but he did create Star Trek.

So out of the two - who is the Daddy of Sci-Fi?

I went to the Titanic Exhibit last year in the O2. It is a fascinating experience, showing the technology, the cabins, the recovered relics, and even a mock up of the bridge and engine room.

They also had a massive chunk of ice in there and one can touch it. It was freshwater and not as cold as seawater (if memory serves me right) giving a terrifying account of how horrible it was when the tragedy struck.

The worse part are all the testimonials of the loved ones who had to leave behind their partners, friends, and relatives. Hearing the sadness, the despair, the horror, is moving stuff. Needless to say there was a book to write your opinions of this event, and I praised it highly. I also slagged off James Cameron's film for trivialising the incident as a f***ing one night stand using this catastrophe as a backdrop.

And this is the thing; Titanic happened 100 years ago and people are sort of "celebrating" it, hell they even have that film out in 3D! And there is a feeling like they are treating it akin to a public holiday with so many going on about it.

Its a tragedy but I feel that many are missing the point and using that sorry event to boast themselves because they were 'slightly' associated with it, even fascinated - which makes it so morbid.

What do you think? Are they morbid, or is this valid?

Why do people go out of their way to help animals? Pamper them? Care for them? Resent any hurt to them?

They do not speak per se, they are not human, and they have a short life span compared to us, yet a majority of people love them.

Virtually these days, every music video, and major song has heavy sexual connotations, innuendo, and near the knuckle explicitness in them. E.g, virtually anything Lady Gaga does, Katy Perry, Rhianna riding a tube at some award ceremony....

Yes, sex sells but is that reflecting how poor these artists are?

Watching the Royal Wedding yesterday I was happy for the pair - a young couple who look ready for the future. Yet I could not feel that they may go through the same scrutiny and pursuits that his parents were inflicted with that led to unfortunate and terrible consequences.

So do you think that Kate and Wills should be left alone? Not be harassed by the paparazzi?

Should we say "yes the Royal Wedding was wonderful etc - now let them be?"

Or now there is so much love for these two that in a way the love will feed a demand for everything that goes on in their lives thus creating once more a media pursuing hell?

First we have that John Hurst getting the prisoners the vote via this lot, now perverts and paedophiles can be free to carry on their sick ways with no real way of tracking them - and hell even if we could, that COULD be a breach of their human rights!!

So should we abide by every decision by this court that has no authority to answer to? Even if (God forbid) that they say that paedophiles should be allowed to molest kids because its their human right? Does this also mean that Sarah's Law is a breach of their Human rights too?
