i'm planning to go on Saturday without a preordered ticket and i have a few questions about the lines

how long will i have to wait if i get there by 8?

what time do you suggest (btw i want to go to the amv contest)?

what time should i start waiting for the amv contest (i'm thinking it'll start at 10)?

i was thinking i would get there at 8, be an hour in line to get my ticket and wait an hour for the amv contest...

how long will the line be at 8 am? when should i get in line for the amv contest?

i watched this about 10 years ago and it was in english

the main character was a cop and he was chasing someone in his car. he got into an accident that killed his fiance and he lost half his body. then years go by and he wakes up to find that half his body is robotic. he becomes a cop again and his partner is a ladies man. there was a scene where the main character was surrounded by girls and the partner was really jealous.

what is this anime? i've asked this question multiple times before without an answer and this is killing me...

how long does it take to wait and be seated for the AMV Contest? when should i get there if it starts at 10 am?

ok, my mom is crazy...literally. i've lived my life with my mom and have learned to deal with her delusions (government is bugging our car, someone could read her mind, the neighbors were stealing her stuff, there was the possibility that she is the child of marilyn monroe and jfk, she used to go to high school with brad pitt *i checked...no* etc.) and since a child, her hatred for my dad...like outright telling me that my dad is a cheapskate who has hidden accounts of money and constantly tells me she hates him and wishes she'd never married him since i was 5 (i never thought so thank god)

i always listened to her stories about her childhood that were brutal (being kidnapped but escaped by using shoelaces to strangle the driver, her sister had a baby with their brother *related*, a girl she knew got killed on Halloween by a crazy guy with an axe, her brother got their house shot up because he didn't pay for his drugs, her mom stabbed the top of her sister's mouth on purpose, she used to be engaged to a bunch of rich Arab guys, her dad used to beat up her white boyfriends (grandpa was Lebanese and the family is Muslim) etc.) and i always believed it

then my siblings started to tell me "you know she's lying right?" and i was just O.O

turns out my siblings HATE my mom and i'm the only one left who likes her...

here's my problem:

it's gotten hard to hang out with my mom...i'm scared to start hating her like my siblings and that will just make her sadder since her last child will ignore her like the others

i've gotten a short fuse around my mom~if she starts to even go NEAR the topic of my dad (who i love dearly) i basically yell 'shut up' compared to my usual 'please stop'...same for the crazy ideas

should i just try to be patient with my mom or what? it's gotten exhausting and i'm afraid i'll start hating her...

okay, everyone has heard of the infamous munchkin suicide scene in the Wizrd of Oz when the Tin Man, Scarecrow, and Dorothy go to wizard right after recruiting Tin Man~supposedly a male munchkin was dumped by a female munchkin and to get back at her he hung himself on set

i went and rewatched my vhs Wizard of Oz and it was clearly a bird (an ostrich wandered on set) but people believed it looked like a munchkin...

so case closed...not! this morning my teacher showed a video of the hanging munchkin scene that actually had a hanging munchkin and the bird was nowhere in sight! i looked into it and supposedly this scene was in the first edition vhs releases of Wizard of Oz and the bird was put there~i found a video on youtube of a person with a first release version and actually watching the scene

Blood+ - i absolutely love Haji and his -_-. i'm not a patient person so the mystery kinda ticks me off but i love the flashback with her and Haji before the *incident*. something that i noticed was that even though she taught Haji how to play the cello, she never plays in the anime. the ending was somewhat satisfying with the rose

Glass Mask - the manga's better than the anime and its a classic! i remember all those little scenes in other mangas where there would be this purple rose reference to Glass Mask. i love this manga and how she grows up and breaks through Masumi's cold business man heart. the ending to the anime pissed me off so much since i thought it was the END since we hadn't gotten that far in the manga and it just stopped with Masumi and Maya telling each other their feelings and he was still engaged to the other girl. i was disappointed it was a bit supernatural in the end too.

Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro - i luv this anime!!! i haven't read the manga but i'm planning to. i luv the comic interaction between Neuro and Yako when he grabs her head and later pretends to be her underling. and even though its comical, there's some hardcore stuff in there. i really hoped that Neuro would gain feelings and get together with Yako~those two really go together XD

Vampire Princess Miyu - i used to be so obsessed with this. it's good and bad at the same time. i loved Miyu and Larvas relationship. i enjoyed hearing about their past and its so cute to see Miyu cuddle against Larva. i can't tell if Larva really LIKES Miyu or vice versa but *fingers crossed*. the english dubbed was TERRIBLE and i didn't get the whole chicken thing in the anime tho...just...???

(fyi, Myrnin is an extremely old vampire who can laugh while threatening you and yawn when he breaks your wrist~he wears hawaiin shirts, fanged bunny slippers, and pirate boots...he also has a pet spider named Bob and is unbelievably smart, smarter than einstein smart)
