Two days ago I got a phone call from someone saying they're with the IRS and legal action was being seeked against me and for me to get an attorney right away then he gave me a phone number to call and said the person would tell me everything. When I asked why legal action was being seeked against me he said he couldn't tell me anything. It was a 202 area code number that came up on the caller ID and it said out of area and the number he gave me to call was the exact same one on the caller ID. When I typed the number in two different search engines it said it was unknown. I called my accountant and she told me it was probably a scam and that if I really was being sued I would have a gotten a certified letter in the mail first. I did not call the number I was told to call because I was scared they would be asking for personal information.

I got my Soap Opera Digest today and read that the Soap Net is going off the air December 31. Does anyone of station picking up General Hospital and Days of Our Lives? I hope TV Guide Network does like they picked up Y & R.

I recently downloaded the newer version of iTunes on my computer for my iPhone 4s. In the older version of iTunes I could always pull up the song list that's in my phone and delete any songs I wanted to before syncing it with my phone. Now when I pull up iTunes, the songs and apps I have on my phone are not there unless I hook my phone up first. There are some songs I want to delete from my phone but this newer version of iTunes will not let me. What can I do?

Last week my husband and I got an appointment notice for an interview next week. We had one three years ago but it was denied because we did not have enough proof at the time that we have a bona fide marriage plus we had an attorney that wasn't much help. Now we're working with someone else and have more proof that we're in this marriage for love (we've been married almost eight years). When we had the first interview three years ago we were not put into seperate rooms and were only with the interviewer 20 minutes. I have a feeling that this time we're going to be put into separate rooms and have a more extensive interview. I would like to hear from someone who's been through that kind of interview and can tell me what to expect.

I got an iPhone for my birthday and I downloaded the ringtone maker app from iTunes to make ringtones from my music list. I would like to other ringtones also. I checked my service providers web site and it doesn't have compatable ringtones for iPhones. Is there an app I can download for other ringtones?

I have had a Samsung SGH-A637 for three years and am getting an iPhone for my birthday. I've taken lots of pictures on it plus downloaded ringtones from my service provider's website and have text messages that I need to keep. Is there a way I can transfer the pictures, ringtones, and messages to the iPhone without having to take the phones to a company store? I've already saved my contacts to my sim card.

I'm looking for a music program where I can pay one time or a yearly or monthly subscription that can let me download music legally and without getting a virus. I know that itunes is the best program but I cannot afford to pay by song. Any suggestions?

My mother recently got her a new HP desktop computer with Windows 7 and her installation disk for Microsoft Picture It is not compatible for Windows 7. The new computer came with a thing to store pictures on but I cannot download pictures from my digital camera on there. I'm looking for a program that will let me download pictures from my camera and scanner then let me print them out in different sizes. Any suggestions?

My husband's attorney has asked for his birth certificate and we do not have a copy of it. He was born in Tunessia but none of his family live there and his mother does not have a copy of it. I called the state health department where we live and all they did was give me the number to the Passports Vital Office, which was just an automated thing and did not include the option I need.

I am 37 y/o with PCOS and I'm borderline diabetic. A year ago my gyno put me on metformin to regulate my blood sugar levels and my cycles. I also take Provera for 10 days each month to help me have a cycle. Before I started the meformin I had read alot of positive things about it and that's it good for women with PCOS to take. Last night two of my mother's friends told her that their doctors told them that metformin was the worst thing to take because the long term use of it can cause your kidneys to shut down. Now my mother wants me to stop taking it. How much truth is there to this and should I stop taking it?

Is there anyone else besides me that is finding Carly annoying about the way she is urging Chloe to tell Daniel that she slept with Phillip? Carly really has no room to be talking because she had a one night stand with Daniel while she was married to Lawrence then when she came back to Salem she went after Bo knowing he was separated from Hope. Chloe told Carly that she & Phillip turned to each other for comfort because she thought Daniel was cheating on her with Carly and Phillip found about the letter Melanie wrote to Nathan just before marrying him.

My husband got an appointment notice yesterday for his AOS interview next month in Atlanta. Can anyone who's had an interview there in Atlanta please tell us what to expect and what they will be looking for. And also, is there anyone who had to go back for a second interview? This will be our first interview and hopefully only one.

I pulled up facebook and my homepage has been rearranged. The application things that are normally on the bottom of the screen are on the left hand side and I cannot pull up anything or go into any of the applications. The rest of the screen is blank and the things that should be on full screen are at the very bottom and you have to scroll to able to read anything. Is anyone else having this same problem besides me? If so, is probably a technical problem? If not, is there something I can try to do to fix it?

My service provider is AT&T and I have had the LG-C2000 for four years. I'm ready for a free upgrade and I'm debating between the Pantech C630, the Samsung A637, and Samsung A737. I want something I can get good reception with, take good pictures with, download lots of ringtones and graphics, and be able to delete the ringtones that come with the phone that I don't like. On my current phone, I was able to delete most of the ringtones that came with the phone but was only able to download four new ringtones and was limited to the number of pictures I could take and safe. Any input on these phones will be appreciated.

I'm new to Facebook and don't know how to download pictures to my page. Also, how can I make an avatar or download an animated picture in place of my profile picture because I don't have any good pictures of myself at the moment?

I have been married for four years but we've been separated for one year. He stayed in Florida and I came back to Alabama to be with my family to give us some space and time for both of us to think things out. We talked on the phone almost everyday and decided to work things out. I went back to Florida last month for our anniversary and the holidays and things were perfect. The first of this week I had to come back to Alabama because of a family emergency. I talked to my husband after I get here and things were fine then we didn't talk for three days. When we finally talked yesterday he told me he was in a depressed state for the last three days and didn't want to talk to anyone then came out and said "maybe we should get a divorce." I told him I would not hear of it and he said "lets think about it," then called me two hours later just to tell me he loves me.

Since yesterday I'm scared he's talked to someone without telling me. Because of tension from my family and interference from his ex-wife we really have not had a chance to try to work things out on our own like we both agreed we would like to do and I'm willing to go to marriage counseling.

Because of him not thinking clearly about things and the state of mind he's been in, can he consult an attorney and start proceedings without me knowing? If so, how can I stall things? We do love each other and want to work things out.

Everytime someone sends me an e-mail to my yahoo address with an attached picture the picture automatically goes to my photos. I want to get rid of those pictures and I've checked all of them and highlighted all of them but there is no delete option for them or an option to send them to the trash with all my other deleted e-mails. Can someone please tell me something else I might try?
