  • Is it fraud to use someones credit card, even if they give you permission to use it?

I am going through a divorce. My wife has used her mother's credit card for some time now, and my mother-in-law lives outside of the country. My wife is including this particular debt in our joint debt. My attorney is unsure if it is fraud or isn't, as he is in family law and this varies from state to state. I have been told that it is since she is not the contracted credit recipient. I am in California. Any lawyers out there who know?

  • Is there a way to save YouTube video files to your own media?

I've tried a couple of ways, but have not been successful. I figured since it is being transmitted online to your computer there must be a way to capture them.

If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks.

  • Global Warming?! Where?

We have record lows in the East, record rains and snow in the West, and now China has record snow stopping their railways and electrical power supply, and is reported to only get worse. I'd like to see where the global warming is.

Ice core samples show levels of greenhouse gases far greater thousands of years ago than what exists at present.

Now, unless Cro-Magnon or Neanderthal had technology we don't know about that emitted these gases at that time....how can we say it's not a recurring natural event FOR CERTAIN, and as an ABSOLUTE as some of the supporters of Global Warming stipulate.

I don't do links....do your own research. I did mine.

  • How bad is breathing in dust generated by duststorms?

I am currently in a Middle Eastern country where the dust in the air is very prominent - almost always - it looks like fog sometimes, it's so bad. I have been here for 2 months and will be here for 5 more. I know people who live here must be used to it...but my lungs aren't. What kind of effect will this have on me, if any?
