I am 18 and would like to start a very fast growing franchised video game business. Besides my personal bank account, I have no other credit references. What is the possiblity that a bank will give me a $150,000 loan with my father as a co-signer. He has excellent credit and many investments and assets including a shopping center and a home. I am not asking my father to lend me the money, because I want every aspect of the business including the loan to be under my name, I want to build my credit history, and the interest on the loan is a good tax deduction. My ex is ruining my life. She liked me for 2 years, but I never liked her. Then I made a huge mistake by asking her to be my girfriend. I dated her for only 1 week then I let her go. She was telling the whole world every little thing and detail we do. Not only that, but she was also hooking up with other guys behind my back. Now after we split she went to all my friends and turned every single one of them against me by telling them that I talk behind their backs, I don't like them, and other stupid lies. On top of that she went to almost every girl in our school and made up lies about me so they wouldn't like me either. By the way this all started from 9th grade (almost 2 years ago) until now. She basically chewed up my reputation and spit it back out until today.Just today she called me on my cell,called me a fa* while laughing and hung up. She talks trash about me everyday to whoever she sees and she is ruining my life. I've been igoring her all this time, but she still wont stop.
