In a matter of a few days thus 24 year old guy In staying with has put me in the traumatic and awkward situation of walking in on him in the living room with his thing out spanking in to porn on the big screen.The front door unlocked broad,daylight, and when u enter his chair directly facing the entrance so you can't NOT see what's there.Both times I had run out telling him before leaving be right back.Both times It was very possible even likely that I could have had my 9 year old daughter with me.The first time, He apologized later saying sorry you had to walk into that sorry you had to see that..I said its fine I didn't see anything.Please be more careful ok.Literally two days later same exact story.I think its deliberate because this doosh has made comments about his size to which I ignored and changed subject.He also seemingly purposely leaves his magnum condoms out for me to see.I feel violated and disrespected .In trying to be out very soon but can't leave today. help advice please

state of Ca The case was for lifting $5 bottle of designer imposters perfume . I was arrested fingerprinted booked and released within an hour or 2. I never went to court, or followed up on any of it(.I was going through a horrific tragedy(the untimely death of my husband) and I basically just ignored everything in my life I needed to take care of.) I have VERY few pictures,no videos,only a few songs, no books,NO APPS that aren't built in when you get the phone,and yet I don't have enough "storage" for anything,and constantly see the little message which reads*storage space running out:some apps may not function properly.

So frustrated. I can't have my Chase Bank,PayPal,or Instagram, which I'd Really like to have.

Bought a 32 gig micro sd to add additional memory and still it's the exact same thing.When I've tried downloading any of above mentions apps I get the error message- not enough storage space-delete apps you don't use and try again(something like that)

I'm a single woman age 34,fair skin, blond/blue,curvy average & he aight weight proportionate, attractive by most peoples standards. I only detailed my appearance because my bf told me that because of my looks I'll be targeted for rape and kidnap and it will be impossibly dangerous to even think about it. This has been a dream of mine for a long time, I've done tons of research ,and I would take every possible precaution when venturing away from my gated 24/7 guard/security protected residence including but not limited to wearing a dark hair wig,extra padding to appear heavier, no makeup,jewelry,and dressing extremely modestly.Additionally I will never travel alone but instead with a prearranged male chaperone (essentially a bodyguard-of Mexican origin)Is it still a horrible idea and Will I most likely get murdered raped and kidnapped?

My Mom &StepDad are purchasing a mobile home as an investment as well as to help me out of an abusive relationship and have a fresh start .. to live there I still must be approved by the park.I have very bad credit history, a recent eviction,various collections,including utilities bills,as I had no control over the situation..I have proof of income in the form of ssi survivors benefits for my 2 kids,and my parents already briefed the manager of that situation,minus the credit/eviction factors.Now,to get denied means I am virtually homeless or will end up God knows where because of my credit issues.Should I have my sister (who's credit will pass apply and Somehow make my proof of income hers and hope that the management doesn't pay too close attention(we look alike) or should we go to him in humble honesty and use my sisters as a cosigner ? The man is a rigid Christian and honesty may be the better choice however if the decision ultimately falls on a larger corporate entity and there are no exceptions made for those with credit/eviction issues I will have set myself up in a situation that I can't undo .I have limited time before I need to vacate my current environment. I don't know what to do.I love this home it's perfect for my kids and I and I so look forward to a life of normalcy and peace but this is very stressful.

We recently moved into a new house in a new city. My Neighbor "Jim" lives a few houses down the street,is a single Dad who's become fast friends with my Boyfriend and his

7 yr old son "Kevin" has become friends w our 7 yr old daughter. The kids play well together, both like playing video games mostly. "Kevin" is a pretty good kid from what I can tell, although he is a bit lacking in basic manners and very loud voice & noisy.They show up & the kids iget to playing while "jim" & my bf go into the garage/front yard working on car stuff, or other projects Often times the guys will run out to get a needed tool/part without even running it by me, "jim" just assumes I will watch his son.It bugs me That its assumed that since I am here I I should just automatically be happy to take on the responsibility of another child. I I find it rude and pretty ballsy to just assume you can leave your kid w-out asking. If he were to ask, I would never say No, however, I sense this "jim" is the type wo take advantage, and has mentioned on more than one occasion that he never has a break being a single Dad, no-one ever watches "kevin" for him, And how he yearns for some time to himself etc etc.All of which is understandable, I just don't want to pick up anybody else slack as I am busy enough w my own family. Should I approach, and if so how?

I am going to hire a neighborhood teen to list about 100 low price clothing items on ebay for me.She ll need to photograph each and write a very basic description based on looking at the item,checking tags for size material brand etc, then list the item live on ebay.I normally do this myself but my merch for sale is getting very low and Im in the middle of moving right now. Should i pay her per item, or by the hour? Note** ( I have no clue how efficient or fast she works and these are low price items, and alot of them) I was thinking of paying approx 11.00 per hour.Is that fair, or too high?? Any and all input appreciated

I am considering renting a very large commercial type property to start up my business as well as live in. It's an incredibly good deal, with an immense amount of space. The bathroom is very large, nearly the size of a small bedroom, with tiled floors, a sink, regular toilet as well as an additional wall urinal(gross, i know). So the dilemma is that, I would need, or rather want, at the very least, a stand-up shower for proper bathing not only for myself, but for my two kids.It doesn't have to be fancy but it does have to provide adequate drainage, without making a huge wet mess and flooding the place. Surely this must be possible?? And it must have a hands free shower head. I think i can figure out the curtain type enclosure and place to put soaps, shampoos etc, but if you have any experience or ideas I'd be most grateful. I know little about plumbing or any of this stuff but I have friends who are general contractors and I'm more than willing to do the research, put in the effort and hard work and pay whoever I need to pay, keeping in mind that this must be relatively cheap investment and semi temporary. Any ideas, help, or suggestions, will be valued and greatly appreciate. Thanks so much!!!

whats a high amount and a low amount of time for your kids to be on total in a day? by games i mean video games;wii,xbox etc and when I say computer ,I mean surfing the web or just for entertainment. and id love yto know their ages. No judgement here! I am feeling a bit guilty.

I have a 4 bedroom home and just rented the front room out to an 18 year old kid who smells outrageously bad. Granted, I am particularly sensitive to smells and I also love and collect perfume, shower 2x day every day and wash intimate parts multiple times a day in addition to showering. The first day he was moving his stuff in, I smelled it and was literally driven to my room where I've stayed almost the entire time he's around and not at work. It has been cool, I'm pretty sure he showers cleans his teeth etc regularly, but definitely cant possibly be using deodorant or anti-perspirent. Yes. my standards are high, but every single person who has met him(even standing outside on a windy cool day) has mentioned the odor to me. I'm honestly extremely worried about this and how to approach him because it is a MAJOR DEAL BREAKER FOR ME. hELP!!! I am also concerned about the carpet, furniture and mattress of mine in his room getting contaminated with that smell. I need a kind and respectful way to address this completely.
