Was dating a girl who had a tubal. She claimed to be pregnant by me. Four months later she had a miscarriage. Relationship did not work out. No paternity tests. Now she is suing me in small claims court for her medical bills out of revenge. Does anyone know of any case law pertaining to this or similar situations? Have court on Friday.

I had been painting a car all day in my shop without a respirator, I know, stupid. And went to the bar where I drank a few beers. I was pulled over after about an hour and a half of drinking and by blood alcohol was .110. I was arrested and booked into jail where I spent the night. I have since gotten the charge reduced to negligent driving however, Washington State DOL still suspends your license for 90 days regardless of any plea agreement or not guilty verdict if the breathalyzer is still admissable.

Can inhaling paint fumes shortly before being administered a breathalyzer skew the BAC results? If so, please sight your source. I have a hearing with the DOL to try to keep my license.

My wife and I got into a disagreement at the bar and she called the cops on me when I was heading home. She told them I had been at the bar. I got home to find a patrol car in my driveway and was arrested for DUI. I blew a .110 at the police station and was locked up for the night. This is my first DUI. My question is: did the police have probable cause since they did not observe me driving erratic and did not stop me for anything other than a phone call from an angry wife? I thought I read somewhere that a report of a DUI is not probable cause, they have to observe you driving and have probable cause to stop you. Does anyone know the case law?

Last election, the Dems placed attorneys in highly contested areas prepared to claim election fraud if they lost that particular election. Two years ago, in my state, Washington, there were three recounts where the Republican won the Governor's race, until some democrat pollsters found several boxes of ballots in a closet and they got a judge to allow them in tipping the balance by 200 votes for the Democrat. Now I have a fraudlent Governor.

Anyone have any ideas/tricks on replacing quarter panels? I have a 68 Camaro and 68 Chevelle to replace both rear quarter panels on. The outer wheel houses will also be replaced.

My wife's 68 Camaro is my first ever restoration. It has significant rust requiring replacement of quarter panels and brand new sheet metal for entire front end. I have replaced the front end already. For the rest of the car that is not getting new metal, it has about three layers of paint, which has fish-eyed pretty bad. I want to strip it down to bare metal, removing old filler and rust, using new high quality filler and primer on top of bare metal. Wife does not want me to do that. She wants me to sand, primer on top of existing paint and apply new paint. For the experienced autobody guys, please tell me if this is ok. Or if it will cause problems later with the new paint.
