Which company has better and more reliable coverage?

For about two days I've been doing an intense 20min. workout routine at night.

5min. - Jump roping

15min. - Various full-body workouts

I'm trying to lose fat so that the muscles I've built can be more pronounced.

I weigh around 175 and I'm 6ft tall.

My question is: Will continuing this routine everyday help me lose weight and fat?

I'm always drenched with sweat after each session, so I'm definitely not taking it easy with myself.

I play intense badminton every Sunday for about 4 hours.

Would drinking a Monster Hitman before playing be okay for me?

Badminton is a highly competitive and physically demanding sport, believe it or not.

Yet, people still like to call it "girlie" and "wimpy." Some don't even consider it a sport.

Why do you think badminton is so underrated?

My friend says he uses this scraping thing to literally scrap away dirt and oil from his face when he showers.

Is doing this okay for the skin?

He doesn't want to use any sort of cream or whatever, so is there some other method he could use to remove all of that dirt and dead skin cells?

EX. If I download Mario Kart onto the R4 card, can I play multiplayer with my friends who have the actually cartridge?

EX. Can I trade my Pikachu on the R4 card with a Raichu my friend has on his Pokemon Diamond game cartridge?

3) Can I move Pokemon from my GBA Pokemon games onto the the R4 card?

4) Can I use a Pokewalker on the Pokemon I have in the R4 card?

I have TONS of soda cans that I've smashed and are ready to be recycled.

I know that soldering 1 piezo to 1 1/4 output jack works, but since I'm making a double-neck ukulele, would soldering 2 piezos to 1 output jack work as well?
