I've been trying to do research on this as I've had experiences with just one particular shadow person since I was very young. It is always the same person, looks like a silhouette of a person just a shade darker then night itself. However, there are no distinctive features just human form average height and size...no hair or clothing but yet I know it is the same form. Normally, I awaken because I feel something sitting on the bed next to my feet and when I awake it is normally not looking at me but when I start to rise it looks at me then disappears. It has no eyes or facial features but makes movements like a human. I have even awaken to see it standing over my son's crib watching him. Then when I move it looks at me then vanishes. I've never seen it during the day, however I have felt it. I am not scared of it, I feel that it means me no harm. In fact, I've always thought of it as a guardian of sorts. But, as I read other peoples stories they say it is a demon and that angers me because I don't believe that and it has always disappeared as soon as it knows I see it. Is there any sites that explain this better? Has anyone had experiences like mine?

I have a hard time making girlfriends my own age. Everything is great until I meet their significant other or we go to public places. Im not necessarily breathtaking or anything but for some reason men find me irresistible. I'm very happily married so I am not attracted to these guys at all but they always ask about me like if I'm divorced yet or if I sneak around outside my marriage. Classless. I've had comments like "I don't know what it is about you?" Well, neither do I so if you figure it out let me know. Anyway I would get it if I was a slut but I'm not I'm completely loyal to my husband. I guess I'll have to wait until I'm older to make friends. Does anyone else have this problem?

So I am friends with a girl who just has been told that another guy she works with has been spitting in and even rubbing genitals on her food when she is out working(staff has community fridge). EVERYONE knew about it including her boss. I guess its been happening for months is there anything she can do. She lives in Texas.

If you buy a vehicle at a car dealership and the dealer knowingly sells you a vehicle that has significant damage to the transmission like 6000 worth of damage is that legal. Do they have to disclose that before they sell it? We bought a used truck for 12000 three weeks ago and now the transmission is out due to radiator fluid leaking into transmission we did research and it turns out that they knew about it. Is there anything we can do or are we screwed? Extended warranty won't cover it. Is there anything legal we can do? The car is as is and there is no used car lemon law in our state.

So we went to an actual dealership expecting a more quality used vehicle we spent 12000 for the vehicle itself. Guess we should have just went to the local used crap hole. Anyway we just bought it 3 weeks ago and put less then 100miles on it. to our surprise the transmission just blew. We got an extended warrenty that we paid 2000 for but it has a diclaimer of 45 days or 1000miles. Are we screwed?

So we bought a used vehicle from our local chevy dealership only to find out that we could not tax or title it because it had a lien against it. We went back to the dealership and asked for the lien release which they gave us then went back to the DMV only to find out that it was the wrong release. I guess they sold the truck to another guy before us and it turned out that they had to take the vehicle back because they never got a valid driver's license from him and he had it suspended due to DWI so the lien is for this guy. The dealership said they would get a lien release but it's been 2 days and haven't heard anything. Any advise??
