I got him from a kennel 2 months ago. She said she "paper trained" him, but I think she just threw paper on the floor anywhere he would be. He doesn't mind pooping or peeing in his kennel, on the floor, on top of his kennel, and even on top of the coffee table!!! I have tried everything. I take him out a lot, and he will go outside also. I praise him when he does. He just won't tell me when he needs to go out. HELP!
