Should I go in to court and plead guilty or not guilty? I was going about 40 in a 25 zone due to turning right and not seeing a sign that said it was 25. I had just got off a 45 zone. Also, I was unfimiliar with the area. I am about to head to bootcamp, hopefully, in August. Should I try at lease? I have a clean record. Nothing on it and contracted into the marines. I had a 3.8 GPA in highschool..( I recently graduated) I'm am good citizen as well who contributes to the environment. What do you think? Ill reiterate, this is my first speeding ticket ever and first time being pulled over. The officer had to help me fine my insurance and etc. It was that bad.

I want to go to the university of arizona mainly, but i do have a back up plan. Anyways, i wonder if i could get in with these big details: I messed up on my sat, got a 1260 (math, reading and writing). I'm going to take the ACT soon, and im gonna try not to mess it up. I accidently deleted my movie app on my ipod 4 g and accidently sync. I already rebooted my ipod 4g and the app did not re-apear. (If you do not know what i'm talking about, i mean the folder that holds all your movies, i did a ipod search and was able to find the movie i had on it.)

One of my friends asked me for advice the other day. He told me that his step father (WHo pays for him and teaches him everything, he would not have an education without him) and his real mom are going to get a divorce. He wants to live with his step dad. He is 16, do you think he has the right to tell the court that he wants to stay with his step father. if he does not this could istantly affect his life. Do you think the court would agree? You think he will be able to live with his step father over his mom?

Additional Info- His mom does not do anything for him, but she wants him to stay with her. ( they get into huge fights and arguments..)

I have a friend who said he has been talking t o a girl for 1 day. The following day came and they ended up talking A lot about diffrent things and she seems to like him. Anyhow as they were talking, she wrote her number on his arm, gave him a heart bracelet and another braclet. Also gave him the "key to her heart" (A necklace that girls wear) Now here comes the twist, She is 1 year older than him and she likes to be the younger one in a relashonship. Now she kept asking him for his age, (Meaning as how far apart, But she knows that he is younger) Yet he feels scared to share his age, thinking she will think he is to young for her. There birthdays are 9 days off. (When she turns 20, he will be 18 turning 19 in 8 days) He is unsure what to do, he told me he thinks he want to give it a try, call her on sunday (tommrow) and try to hang out with her and firt with her some more. What do you guys thinks he should do? Take the chance, just let it loose or what? If you were that girl, what would you do? He needs help. Should he call her? Ugh. I tryed to help him a bit.. :P
