I've been pumping and hand expressing with good results but now I just did it and my breasts hurt a but. I thought now I might have been too rough. Can that damage my breasts tissues from producing future milk. I'm getting real anxiety bc I really love being able to nurse.

I was drinking electrolite water at night all tgroughout the pregnacy whichbstarted bc I was severely constipated once during the first trimester. Now I have been rinking regular water bc I noticed I dont feel less thirsty from ekecttolite watr amd it foesntvseem to maje a difference. I gave a healthy valanced diet. Could not drinking that water cause gestational diebetes?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and my procrastibating husband and I have been stuck with an impending kitchen renovation for almost a year. It does not help that my husband is disorganuzed to say the least. Im just worried. The dr said its fine and that just like us the heart rate changes depending on activity. However, I couldve sworn the baby was sleeping last week. I was sitting outside with my tea and yogurt and it began to rain. I think I swallowed some of the rain in my tea and yogurt. I went right inside and I was going to get new tea and yogurt but my husband said its fine bc a little rain wont hurt. But tgen I looked up drinking rain and there are mixed views.

This is my first pregnacy and sometimes I get badly constipated. I have been able to prevent this by stewing prunes every morning and sometimes taking a colace. Howevet, testerday I forgot to est my prunes. Consequebtly, I woke up this morning with terrible stubbotn constipation. I took a colaces but I wasbin such discomfort, I stuvk my ginfer up there and removed tgecsyool. I did this a few times today. Now im worried this can hurt my pregnacy. I got a routihe check up this morningvand everything was okay. I want to jeep itvthat way. Should I be worried or just never do that again?

I heard cherry pita are toxic when cgewed and crushed. I was eati g cherrys and cgewed tge pit. I spit it out but im afraid some of the toxics were released, bc I read chewing releases toxins. I mean would it shock the fetus as long as u staybwithin the limited amount? I normally drink one or two cups of tea a day, which I just found out has very little caffine. A few days ago, I decided to have a drink thatvhas 95 mg of caffine, knowing it does not exede the daily limit. Many women have a cup of coffee a day and there babys are healthy, but there fetus was used to it. Is it worst to have thatvamount just once then if i had that same amount every day? I was eating stewed prunes and one prune had a brockrn seed that I felt in my teath. I spit it out but may have eaten a tiny piece. I wouldnt worry if I was not pregnant. Im early in tge second trimester. I have been achy so I took a warm bath. I filled the tub up very high, where it was covering my tummy. Since it was filled high, inhad to lay deep in tge watervand rest my feet on edge of tge end of tub. Is that safe? I kniw laying in certain possitions decreases blood flow to baby. My friend is 9 weeks pregnant. It turns out, shes been checking her pulse throughout the day. It turnes out, shes been doing it wrong all this time, her husband told her ur just suppose to lightly out two fingers on tge pukse. Now she does it correctly but next week she gets her soninand shes afraid she might have a miscarriagebfrom not getti g enough bloid flow. Shes extremely worried. Would she have a muscarriage from presing her pulse too hard and stopping bloid flow?

My friend whose pregnant has been chevkinh her pulse by squuezing her wrist, her husband told her shes been doing it wrong. Ur suppoee to lightly touch the pulse. he says she could hetca miscarrage bc shes been doing it a few times a day. But I think she would have felt pins n needles and her wrist could change color. I had severe constipation for five days, I am only a few weeks pregnant. I was so constipated, it hurt to empty my blattter, my bowels would push on my recum butcwould not pass and it was so painful. Now tgat my bowels are back to nornal, I have tobstrain so hard to empty my blatter.
