There's something going on health-wise with me. My doctor won't take me seriously. What's going on?

I've got some weird stuff going on with my body. I'm a 19yr old female, I'm 5'4", and 168 pounds. I'm constantly exhausted, I sleep around 12-14 hours a day. If I stand up too quickly, I pass out. Same happens if I walk around too much or do any physical activity. My heart rate on average is about 120bpm. I just recently gained about 45 pounds, only over the span of about 2 months. I eat a pretty average diet, not tons of sugars and carbs. I just got off birth control, so I figured that might be why, but the other stuff has been happening my entire life. My blood pressure is always really good, though.

I'm dizzy, fatigued, I pass out, I'm overweight, and I can't exercise no matter how hard I try. I have no energy. I think it may be POTS, but my doctor doesn't really care. What's going on?

Here's some results from testing I did.
