I am taking my sister, just for a night, to New York to see Grease on Broadway. I was told to get a hotel room in New Jersey because it's cheapest? Does anyone know a good place in New Jersey to stay that isn't far from Broadway? Thank you.

I have a lot of toys to give away. We were supposed to have a toy drive at work that was going to be given to charity but my boss had to go out of town so there's no drive now. I don't want to give it to a secondhand store or Goodwill because they sell them, they don't give them away. I want to know if there are any charities right now that I can give these toys to that give them away so they don't go to waste.

Everytime I try to call my landlord to fix something he doesn't answer. He owes money to the bank for the loan he took out on this house and he hasn't been paying them money he owes so I now have to send my rent directly to the bank instead of to him. Since then he hasn't been answering his phone but he's still technically the landlord. What can be done to him to fix this problem?
