Hi, i am an uncle to two nieces and one nephew aged 2, 4 and 5. These are my brothers children who has recently split with the mother. Because of this she now decides we should not have a part in their lives and wont let me or my father (Granddad) see the littlens at all which i feel is greatly unfair. We have done nothing wrong and have always looked after them including the mother regardless of my brothers neglect. I know they are safe to some degree but would love to see them in the future. I am in no way trying to hurt the mother, as i know she loves the kids and they love her no matter what. But i would really really love to stay in their lives and i cant trust my idiot brother to take care of this situation peacefully.

Do me and my father have rights?

Also she believes that my brother is living with us but he is not. How can i prove hes not?

I want to remix a Bob Marley song into Hardcore music. And was wondering if i created it from scratch with just the initial melody and NO SAMPLES is there a chance i could be persecuted if i uploaded them?

The noise is consistent with the speed. As the bike goes faster, so does the noise. It sounds like a scratching/rattling noise about four to five times a second and more at higher speeds. It also makes this noise as i accelerate, again about four to five times each second then stops until around 25mph and starts again. Could there be a problem with the transmission?

It seems to be worse when i exceed 28mph+. So i then have to slow down to make the noise go away.

By the way its a 'Baotian bt49qt-9'.

I recently changed the carburetor diaphragm to fix a problem i had with acceleration. Ever since its been making this noise. I really dont want to ruin it so any help would be appreciated.

My moped, ‘Baotian bt49qt-9’is having problems accelerating to its top speed. It accelerates poorly due to a split in the intake manifold which causes a vacuum problem but will be fixed over the weekend.

It seems to hold at low speeds (between 10 – 20mph) and after a short period of time (about 10 to 30 seconds) then finally accelerates. This is very annoying and causes problems on the road.

Could this be a gear problem like the belt maybe or just due to the manifold being in bad condition?

When idling my moped increases and decreases revs randomly. Why is this. I noticed some major damage to the intake manifold. there is cracks on top which are taking in air. A very small amount though, however, i know this can cause serious problems. Could this be the reason why my acceleration is poor. I know i may have answered my own question here but be great full for any help.

I have a 1GB pen drive here at work. I want to download the fl studio demo onto my pen drive and take it home to use. Can this be done? I havnt got internet at home im confused im in the middle of downoading 'flstudio_10.0.2_online.exe'. What does online mean? Its gonna take more than an hour to download and its only 214MB.

There are so many versions of FL im not sure i need v10. Whats a good earlier version? What would be the best site?

I like this girl at work. But don't know what to say to her. We never spoken properly because she works as a waitress in the restaurant and is always rushing around. When i pay at the till she always gives me an unusual shy like smile. But all i can do is smile back because i go blank and dont know what to say. Any advice and good lines to start with? Thanks :)

The mother of my two nieces and nephew might stop me from seeing them. Do i have rights to see them? If so how can i do this? I havnt got a clue about these things and dont know what to do. She will do this simply because im the brother of the childrens father who have now separated. And because of her sick twisted friends who hated him and because hes my brother they hate me to!

Also shes been seen hitting them in public for silly reasons such as playing. I strongly believe she has Schizophrenia and i know that her doctor mentioned something about placing her in hospital. Dont quite understand yet what he meant. They are only aged between one and four and my nephew aged one had open heart surgery about a year ago and if she stops me from visiting then ill be extremely worried about him.

Im not out to ruin her she loves them and wouldn't seriously hurt them. I just want to be able to see them if anything kicks off.

And one more thing. The father has only been granted visitation rights for 2 hours a fortnight. Is this fair?

My moped (Baotion 50cc) is rubbish. Its not responding quick enough when i twist the throttle. It moves slowly for about 3 seconds before finally speeding up. I did have an accident on it about three months ago where unfortunately the bike landed on the right side (throttle side) and damaged the throttle bar. Ive had no problems up until now though. But maybe this is responsible?

Where i work requires me to cross a very busy roundabout with three lanes of traffic. All give ways and no traffic lights. I cant get to work any other way. I worry every time i get there as i know the bikes performance is not that of what it should be. Once when there was an opening i took it and before I knew it a car had appeared out of no where and had to brake sharply to avoid hitting me. This was my best chance of getting on to the roundabout and I was almost killed. I leave work early to try to beat the rush hour but it is still a very busy roundabout. Please help. If i have to run it in i will but can anyone please tell me what the problem might be so i can try to fix it myself. Oh, and what tools i would need?

From the time i wake up and all through the day my face is overly oily. I wash both in the morning and at night. And find myself having to through the day as well. However it keeps coming back. I also have eczema which only usually appears after washing but goes away once moisturized. (only moisturize in the morning). I was using 'Oilatum' but now using 'Epiderm' (cream). I get acne also because of my oily skin and my paws look dirty. I am relatively unhealthy and eat crap all the time and only some healthy foods.

Can i get something that will help to prevent this?

I only got a crappy little phone. (no internet) So i was wondering, can i receive emails from Hotmail, gmail etc through a standard text massage? And if so which mail does it. Cheers for any answers:)

This is very annoying and I cant understand why it has stopped working. The scroll wheel works fine in any other programs. Ive tried searching through excel to find the option but cant find it. Pleeeeeeeeease help. A good detailed answer how to fix the problem will be given 10 points immediately.
