how do i get my 10 month old to sleep in her own crib and room and not in our bed and stay sleeping?
we went on a trip and the motel room was freezing so we let her sleep with us that night, since then she will not sleep by herself. she just cries forever or until she poops. its heartbreaking and she's getting to big to be sharing our bed. she broke her routine. for the longest time she was fine going to bed at the same time alone in her own room but for the past 2 months she won't and its been hell. i don't know what to do. and she wakes up every 2 hours. how do i get her to stay sleeping too. please any advice will help. thank you.
