I need windows 10 on my computer and I already have windows 7 32 bit but my computer can run 64 bit. Is there a way I can use the windows 10 upgrade without it installing 32 bit?

I am building my first rig and don't have very impressive anything as of yet but i need a power supply to put it all together. I have an ASUS P5N-E SLI motherboard, two Nvidia QuadroFX graphics cards, an older SATA hard drive, and a sound blaster Audigy sound card. I am building on the ATX platform. I was playing minecraft (tekkit classic) with my friend over skype, then I invite my other friend over skype and the one im playing with got MAD and he kicked my other friend off the server and skype. so i said "dude you should be more respectful to people or you are going to lose all your friends." then he started crying, and he blocked me from skype and never talked to me ever again. what do i do?

i got hacked on steam so i locked my account and now i cant talk to my friends so i got a message by steam support and im trying to verify im the original user so i make a steam support account and it says "follow the instructions in the welcome email" so i look at my account and its not there, so i resend it over and over again and refresh over and over again but it wont appear, i checked the email i switched to after the hack attack then i checked every other email i have and its not there and it wont let me unlock my account and im freaking out help me please :(

Recently my extremely unfunny friend tried cracking a joke every two minutes so i said "dude imma teach you how to be funny at lunch, it might take a week but it will be worth it" so after two hours he doesn't learn anything so i give up and all the sudden he thinks he's hot **** and he says "i'm cooler than you" and hes been making up his own little random quotes like hes a historic person. I was wondering if i could make a refueling station and i can but i saw scott manley somehow have fuel pass through the entire ship plus the structural struts, what items can fuel pass through. if there is none other than fuel tanks then how did scott manley do it? i dont have the game on my current laptop cause it sucks and im going to get it on my new computer so i need this info. thnx
