OK rent is due on or before the 5th. Any day after is considered late. I had a past due amount that I wasn't even aware of. However, I received a email saying I had a past due balance but like I said, I was unaware. I was because I pay all my fees and rent. If I am late, I always make sure to include the rent, late fee, and the utility overdraft (we get a cap). First of all, the amount they said I owed is wrong. Its actually more Secondly, I paid my rent on the 5th after office hours which doesn't not matter as long as its on the 5th. So I received a notice saying we cannot accept your payment because of a past due. Then the notice mentions "you have no right to withholdor offset any part of your rent for any purpose." And then I was charged a late fee on top of my payment that I made. I really do not think that's right to not accept my payment then taxed me with a late fee. That's bs. I did acknowledge the past due balance because there shouldn't be. so any help advice would be nice. BTW I'm going to talk to them tomorrow. I'm just trying to see can they just hit me with a late fee like that.

First things first, I hurt my back years ago maybe when I was 16 whilke making a tackle . Im 23 now and my back has gotten worse than ever before. Like all the other posts on here, it feels like there is a lump on my lower back close to my spine. However, I just noticed that., but before my back felt just tight. Anyway, Im very athletic and I love to be active. I play alot of basketball and workout. But as of lately, physically, I cant do much. I cant run a full court bball game nor can I workout with out pain. It feels like Im dragging someone that is hanging on my waist. Before it wasnt bad. As a matter of fact, a little stretch would do the trick. I thought it was just my body aging and having alot of miles on my body. But like I said its worst now. I say that to say this. Which doctor is convenient for me? I really dont feel like going to a family doctor then he directs me to a chiropractor or orthopedist. I just want to go to the right one the first time. Any suggestions?

Well I wake up this morning and all the lights were flashing on the modem. Last night it was working fine and I was online. I do not understand the problem here and I tried to reboot and unplug everything and still all the lights are flashing. Im thinking the equipment my be defected, I'm not sure. Any computer wiz out there than can give me a few pointers

Can anyone help with with the following question/statement?

Ok, I would like to add a limit to our h2h lg to even the playing field. However, if I add that limit Im not sure how many games with be credited for the 6 weekday as opposed to the 7 week day. For example, 7 days has games that week and the limit is set to 36 for that week. On the other hand, what exactly would be the limit if there are 6 days of game in a week for a 36 game limit?

Anyway, I was driving to another city to take a class for my degree. As I was driving I noticed a sheriff driving as well. At that point in time (God honest truth), I was going at least 79 to 80 (speed limit:70). When I noticed the sheriff, I started decreasing my speed. Eventually, I was riding right beside him for about 2-3 mins, he was going around 71-72 and so was I. I got in front of him a little and he slowed down then pulled me over! He approached my car and stated, "Man you were going a little fast back there...where are you headed to?" Because I clocked you going 86 man...You should slow down a little" He added "By the time you started to slow down it was too late then" And I said "87? I did not realize I was going that fas...I didnt realize my speed at the moment (I knew I wasnt going that fast I just did want to argue with the police) "...But Im headed to class...I really dont know the approximate time that it would takes to get there." He replied "About 20 mins from here..." And then moments later, he gave me the ticket. Of course, he went over all the other stuff and during that time, I just wanted him out my face.

My statement is I dont understand how, first, he could clock my speed (because I was behind him) while driving . Secondly, pull me over, after a few mins of driving beside him going the exact same speed as he was. My question is Can I fight this ticket? Because court cost is way cheaper than the speeding ticket or should I just go ahead and pay the ticket?

Ok I hit the blunt like 3 times on Monday and before that i smoked one blunt with one other person. And got a call for a job to have a drug screening on this coming up Monday. So do you all think the weed (THC) is still in my system. Also Im a male 5'10'' 162. So what you think?

Here is the thing: I had a job interview with the store manager it went well because I was ask to a second interview. So in the second interview it went well also, the area manager just told me about the job in detail, asked my availability, and even recommended no slip bottom shoes to me (I thought that would be the job then but I dont know ) and the area manager said that they would be making the final decisions and call me back either yesterday or today, so my question is should I call them back tomorrow to check the status or say that job is a done deal and I wont get it? I really want this job, job hunting isnt fun at all.

I heard this before that unpaid debt keeps you from getting a job. However, this is a college kid Im referring to that has no credit really. Ok my nephew has just moved in with me and has tremendous amounts of unpaid debt, such as, unpaid cell phone bills, hospital bills, bank overdrafts, and of course student loans. The student loans do not kick in until after he graduates so Im not worried about that. But I want to make sure his unpaid debt isnt holding him back from a job, such as retail, fast food, things of that nature. I am considering paying all the debt, however, I also want to teach him how to be man, get a job, and paying it on your own. Im not that knowledgeable about this certain situation, so can someone fill me in it.

Main question: Can he get a job with all of this debt on him, even though employers tend to check credit history? Also Im not looking for him to work for Apple or anything. Im looking for him to make money to take care of his own business.

OK..its this girl well grown woman that lives 2 houses away and she is very beautiful, But I dont know how to approach her. Thats never happen with me. I dont want to seem weird and flag her down or something. I seen her tthe other day outside while I was washing my car. I looked down there and she was just staring at me. So I waved she waved back. Also this is my moms home and Im never at this house because I live in another city. But everytime i see her she seems to stare down here every chance she gets. OK this is confusing me. When doing one of these KCL problem I get confused on how to assign the polarity of the current flow when its not apparent. Say for instance, you have this picture as follows(link at the bottom): (sorry so long but im trying to understand the circuits)...Current flows out the 5V voltage source into the 50 resistor breaks up at V2 which flows through the 300, 100, and 2 resistors. I know that much. However, how would I assign polarity? Am I saying the current always flows through the negative and out the positive or am i saying current flows through the positive and out the negative. Im so confused. please HELP!!!

Yes I am looking for a better note taking software than the ones that are on my computer (Quick notes, and Stickynotes). They are really not that good to me. So is there any FREE downloads for note taking I could look into? Buy one is my last resort but If you all could help me that would be awesome.

Ok here it is...I been working at this place for like 2 months I think. And it was only a summer job. BUT I didnt tell the managers that I was going back to school which I wasnt. But I decided to not take a break and continue my education. I want to quit now because the managers are getting on my last nerves and I jsut cant last til Jan. And I dont wanna just leave or anything. So what should I do about quitting this job? I know this sounds corny but hey I dont wanna screw myself up. Should I just walk in and say im putting in my 2 week notice and the manager gone ask why?

I am currently a college junior at a D1 school and I have been asked to come and play football for my school; but, unfortunately, I do not know how much eligibilityy I would have. It makes no sense if I was to have 1. I would like to play because I know I still got it and I know the coaches know I got it. But, unfortunately, Iwouldn'tt know if I had a year left or 2 years left to play if I decided to play. I have not played college football ever since I been in college or any other sport for that matter. So I was wondering how long would I have if I wanted to make this BIG decision?

OK as the title says I disable this video controller driver and now my screen is black...I thought I could disable this one to install another one because everytime I tried to download a video driver for games and what not, it says that the driver that I download wasnt compatible with the one i had...Si can anyone give me some detailed steps to solving this black screen and getting a driver installed for gaming...Thank you in advance

Ok here is my situation...I have a computer that had microsoft vista already installed on it, but I accdientally erase the hard disk thinking I was just erasing what was on the hard drive...But I had a windows xp installation cd lying around so that computer is now microsoft xp which i hate,,,And so I have another computer which is windows 7 and I do have recovery discs for this computer. I was wondering can I upgrade my first computer from the recovery discs? I really do not want microsoft xp...And another question, can I just delete the hard disk again? Ill rather get rid of xp than have it installed...but If so can someone provide me the step by step way of making things better for me..

I dont know if this is possible but I was wondering if I have a computer that has the operating system windows 7 could I copy the files on to a flash drive to make a bootable flash drive of some sort? I really would like to know if this is possible so I could upgrade. I wanted to try this before I bought the windows 7
