I’m being Discriminated against at work and my supervisor is purposing asking other employees junior to my seniority to work overtime and earn higher level pay, Does anyone know what Labor Law he is violating. I’m looking but cant find anything close to in helping me figure that out. Thank You for any help!!

Here's the thing, me & my "BFF" have been friends 4 over 14 yrs. Lately i've kinda been fed up & have been not ignoring her on purpose but i just need my space & we got in a huge uncomfortable fight like a week before Thanksgiving & havent really talked since then. I LOVE 2 go out clubbin, mall, movies, drive in, karaoke bars hang with friends & scrapbooking. She doesnt want 2 do any of these things & it drives me crazy. She got mad at me for finally getting the nerve to sing @ karaoke w/my other friends & not with her. Another time i wanted to go see "MI:2" when it came out & she wouldnt even go! She doesnt like action movies. I told her i'd even pay i just wanted her to go with me. I end up ALWAYS doing things she wants to do and i feel like life is moving on without me. We always run her errands & then when it time for us to go to my store she has to go home cuz its late & she has work the next morning. I feel even if u dont like something u do it anyway cuz ur BFF does? Am i wrong?
