  • What are the charges for fictitious tag?

My brother-in-law was pulled over for a dead tag and was charged for driving with an expired license and the cop found out that he had taken the sticker off of someone else's tag so he was also charged with fictitious tag. We live in North Carolina and I found on the internet that just for the expired license he can be charged with a $1000 fine and 60 days in jail, but I cannot find anything on fictitious tag charges. Does anyone know what kind of charges you get for that? He has several priors also, so his record is in no way clean which I'm sure doesn't help anything. If anyone knows please help!!!

  • How do I get rid of my husbands over-bearing, nosy family?

My husbands family is way too involved in our lives. His mother has to be involved in everything we do, as well as his grandmother, uncle, and 2 brothers. If you tell one of them anything 30 minutes later 3 others are calling you to ask you about it, and they are always criticizing everything we do, especially how I raise my children, then disrespecting what I tell them. Like I ask them not to give my 1 year old soda and they pour it in her sippie right in front of me. I am absolutely sick to death of this and you can't talk to these people because it turns into knock-down, drag out brawls with screaming, name-calling, and objects being thrown. What can I do? I love my husband, but I can't do this anymore.

  • Strength and courage/hope tattoos?

I am going through a pretty serious tragedy right now and I hope and pray it will be over soon. I want a tattoo that symbolizes tragedy and making it through and starting again. I don't want tribal, chinese, celtic, or a phoenix. Does anyone have any ideas at all??? I will say this involves my child so I want something sort of symbolizing that in there as well. Thanks.

  • How do I deal with a mother-in-law and sister-in-law that hate me?

My mother-in-law has hated me from the start, and i've tried to deal with it but my husbands grandmother recently died and she told him I wasn't welcome to come to the funeral which is a huge slap in the face. My sister-in-law has been my best friend for 10 years (which is how I met my husband) and suddenly she just doesn't want to be my friend anymore. I don't know what's happened but it's driving me crazy. I feel she should at least talk to me about it. She used to act as a buffer between me and her mother but now my mother-in-law says whatever she wants and my sister-in-law won't defend me. I'm sick of the insults and the backstabbing but I love my husband. How can I go on without this straining our marriage?
