I have an idea for a company, it is a betting consultancy, where I have investors who give money for me to place bets across a number of bookmakers. The idea is I take a cut (commission) of the profits made with the investor's money.

I'm trying to work out what type of company to set up, especially for taxation purposes. I know personal betting is not declared for tax purposes, but i'm sure it would be different for a company.

I was thinking also in terms of an investment club but I'm not sure if that's possible.

Please let me know if you have any ideas on how I can set up this company. I know there are already a few companies with similar structures but I'm finding it hard to see how they've been structured. Any help appreciated.

But i'm looking to expand the whole product and find only the term in x^k, for some general k. and find an expression for this general coefficient.

I have a spreadsheet, lets say with columns a to z and 3000 rows of data, each field filled out. Thing is, i need to copy this data to another sheet, and re-use the current sheet, maintaining the formulas. I have for example some formulas and vlookups in columns g, h and k. If i plain delete the data, i lose the formulas. I could just delete the data in columns without formulas and leave the others but this will be time consuming. Is there some kind of delete function that will work on deleting data (values) in cells, but keep any formulas?

Looking for a formula to search a cell for multiple things, e.g. check to see if A2 contains the letter X or the letter Y or the letter Z.

I found the below function which seems ok, but not sure how to incorporate the other letters (nested IF formula is complicated!). Maybe there is an easier way?

=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("X",A2)), X, "Not OK") Checks to see if A2 contain the letter X (X)

I'm quite unfit and i played some sport a couple of days ago. now i have a match tomorrow and i'm still aching all over. what's the best way to stop aching? i'm thinking resting, and a hot bath or something maybe? would this work? any other ideas?

Which jobs will i not be able to have in the 5 year period? How will it affect my credit rating after that? would it be possible to work in a bank in say 6 years time?
