  • Help with a Fujitsu FI-5110e0x2 Scanner?

    I have reinstalled the scan-snap software that came with this scanner and after doing so when I go to name a scanned document it will not let me use spaces between words.

    I spoke with Fujitsu and they said you can't name documents this way but can "rename" them after they are scanned. I know you should be able to include spaces when naming documents for the first time since I have done this before.

    I checked the scan-snap manager and couldn't find any options in the menu to change this, did find one option to name files but when I try to include spaces get the error message saying spaces and special characters are not allowed.

    Running Windows XP, all updates have been run, using Adobe Reader 8.0 and Acrobat 7.0 Standard. Am I missing something??
