I have decades of Real Estate and Lending experience and have worked with preforeclosure situations as a solution specialist for most of that time. I also work with the real estate course and seminar industries as an independant consultant. I will never solicit business from here but will expose the dirty tricks many use. I will also give examples of why most real estate agents and mortgage lenders fail to meet their clients needs. The answers I provide are from my own direct experience. If I haven't experienced the question in real life, I won't answer it here. If I can assist someone from being ripped off by a predatory opportunist then my hours spent here were worth it.
