i have had a persons van in my yard for about 6 months and he has not come to get it after we found that the engine needed extensive overhaul. i have tried to contact him several times to come and get it with no response. i would like to know how long do i have to have it in my possession before it is legally mine. i live in NSW Australia. thanx.

we got our boys a 12 month old dog for christmas and we have noticed a bright green substance coming out of the end of his penis! is this cureable without taking him to the vet. i was told by a mate that it is a urinary infection is this correct?
