I found this apartment for sale around where I live for $14,500.

I have a job, but it's a cash job, because my uncle pays me to help him on weekends.

and I am 19, and have no credit history.

I have figured out that I make more than enough to satisfy the payment, even if it is a really high interest, short term loan.

My question is, if my dad or someone else were to co-sign for me (my dad has really good credit), would I be able to get approved for a loan?

just wondering cuz my dad is really protective on his personal finances and i will be 18 in january, and thats when our school is having this huge workshop to help submit it, and since i dont have acess to a counselor till monday i figured id ask here.

Personal Antivirus somehow installed itself and that keeps coming up on my internet pages.

i know Personal Antivirus is not real antivirus software, how can i get rid of it?

ok so i have a computer i just installed Vista Home Basic on it.

i put in a WiFi PCI Card, and it detected it and installed fine.

i tried connecting to my router, and it detects it, but where i say connect, it spends a while connecting and then it tell me it cant connect.

any ideas?

i tried recovering it with the recovery disc, but nothing happens.

its not the amp or the instrument cable, because i already tested both with a different guitar.

i opened it up and some wired were disconnected, i resoldered them, and nothing.

any ideas?

and plase dont say "but a new guitar" or "its because its a squier".

im turning 17 tomorrow, and here in california, you have to be 17 1/2 to get your driving permit and after 18 you can get your license without anything.

well i want to get the Driving class so that i can get my license in 6 months rather that in one year, but the class is 310 dollars.

is there any way my dad or my mom can register as my instructor so i can get my permit? or can i register for the class and never go?

(they only charge 80 dollar down payment and then a 70 dollar payment)
