  • What are some things that can be bought, if any, that can get you rewards in XBOX Live?

More specifically, items of everyday use, such as Mountain Dew or whatever. What would give me any sort of reward that I could redeem a code for anything, whether it be an avatar item, etc...

  • Here's a thought, who thinks they should change?

Why doesn't yahoo consider the little people. Those who put the best answer as apposed to those with crap no one wants to read. Any idiot can answer a question, but those who have great answers someone will actually want to read it. Therefore, the top answering folks will be higher on the leaderboard, and not some idiot.

  • Yahoo! messenger?

I don't know if anyone else is having problems with this, but my messenger is acting weird. For a couple of weeks now, it isn't showing anything when I type to someone; or when they type to me. None of the plug-ins are working either. It won't even move when I buzz someone.

Tried logging out and back in.

    Tried restarting computer.

Tried Reinstalling messenger and still nothing

  • Problem with RAM for Dell Dimension 8250 (I know it's old)?

I recently bought RAM for my Dimension 8250 and it keeps crashing my computer (giving me the blue screen of death). I made sure what exactly it needs, to a point. It takes PC1066, 533 FSB. Originally had 256MB, but upgraded to 1 GB. I then notice that the channel device number is different, yet no web site can tell me what that means. The memory was labled as non-ECC, but the morons seem to have sent the wrong one anyways. I took out the old 256 and put only the 1GB in. Also, keeping the CRIMM in because there are 4 memory slots and I couldn't combine the old memory (non-ECC) with the new memory (ECC). Can someone shed some light on this problem. WHAT ARE CHANNEL DEVICES? Can it be a different number?

Since this computer is about 5 years old, maybe I should just get a new one.
