I am currently a Marine Corps Poolee. I have been taking a medication prescribed by my doctor called accutane. It is a an acne medication. I was also taking tetracycline, another acne medication. Can my ship date be pushed back for this?

I want to improve my bench press by 30 pounds by end of the year. I currently can do 170 pounds. I weigh 136 pounds and I am 5 feet and 5 inches tall. What muscles or exercises can I do when I am not benching pressing to improve my bench press?

I am 17 years old. I am 5 5 and weigh 140 pounds. I want to lower my body fat percentage. In the morning I a serving of oat meal. Lunch I eat burritos (from High Tech Burrito) or subway sandwiches (chicken breast foot long with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers and american cheese). For dinner I eat salad with chicken. For snacks, I eat bananas, trail mix, and grapes. I run 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. I also lift weights. Will this help lower my body fat percentage? Does anyone know where I can buy an easy to use body fat percentage caliper in stores?

I am 17 years old and I am going to Marine boot camp on June 28, 2010. I am trying to run 3 miles in less then 20 minutes and do 20 pull ups. I can do 14 pull ups right now. I am currently training. I already run/power walk for 45 minutes everyday and I am lifting weights. I am trying to eat better, but I notice that it is really hard to do. Everywhere I look, there are fatty foods. Even where I work (I work in a hospital), there is only fatty, fried foods. They have salads, but they cost $6 for one. For dinner, I eat a plate of salad (no dressing) with chicken. I also eat a lot of fruit such as peaches (not canned), apples, bananas and strawberries. I also eat protein bars. I eat Power Bars and Pure Protein bars. I also drink 3 bottles of water everyday. Now that you know what I want and what I already do, can you suggest what I can eat so that I can meet my goals. What can I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I want to start drinking whey protein shakes. What brand of whey protein should I buy and what should I add to the shake?

I have also stopped eat fast food, fried food, chips, anything with lots of sugar and stopped drinking soda.

I also like to eat light fat free Yopait yogurt, is that bad?

Please don't tell me to not join the military or give my vague answers such as protein, I want to know kinds of foods.

I currently have the original iphone with the original plan. I want to buy the iphone 3G S. Do I have to upgrade my plan or can I just put my old SIM from my original iphone into the new iphone? How much would it cost to upgrade my plan and how much is the phone if I am already a customer?

I want to know if I need to take the SAT or ACT if I am going to college through the Marines. I will be on active duty. Will I need to take the SAT or ACT? What colleges are available? Will I be able to go to any college or only the ones that my grades in high school and get me in to? I currently have a 3.8 GPA. Can I go off base and go to a school near the base? I want to go to UCSD so I hope I get stationed in San Diego.

My Spanish teacher plays favorites. She has a group of students that she loves and another group of kids she hates. I am not the only one who thinks this. Everyone I talk to about this knows she plays favorites too. I have the class 1st in the morning. I am never late, but some people are. So one day one of my friends comes late and one of her favorites come late. She says she wont count the tardy for her favorite, but makes my friend scrape gum from under the desk. She also blames the students when they don't do well on a test when most of here lessons are 5 minutes long (no joke) and then makes us do busy work. If we ask for help during class, all she tells us to ask our partner, but most of the time my partner doesn't know what to do either. If we ask someone else she yells at us for talking. For some reason, she doesn't do this to her favorites though.

She is also a racist. She loves Hispanics. She always gives them the benefit of the doubt when they are obviously cheating, but accuses me of cheating when I pick up my pencil I accidentally dropped (Asian btw). It is also not just me.

One more thing while I'm at it, she blames me for failing a test when her lessons are 5 minutes long. Even when I ask for help at lunch or break, she says that I wasn't paying attention in class.

This is all bull because if I can get A's in every subject, except Spanish, I don't think it's my fault. Oh yeah, I got a 79.93 % last semester, but she didn't just raise it to the B. All A's and a C.

All my friends think that I am overreacting. That is because they don't have her. Is she a ***** or what?

I am currently 17 and a junior in high school. I want to join the air force, but I am not sure I meet the requirements. I am only 5 feet 5 inches, male and weigh 145 (last time I checked). I am able to run a mile in 6:30 minutes. I can bench press 150 lbs. I don't know how to swim (I can start taking lessons). Would I be able to get pass basic training? What are other requirements?

What about the marines? What requirements do I need to join the marines?

I am getting a new computer because my old one wont work anymore. I want to put the old hard drive into he new computer as a slave hard drive, but my old hard drive has a virus.

How can I get rid of the virus in the hard drive before putting it in the new computer?

If I hook up the hard drive to my new computer, will it get the virus automatically or do I have to open the hard drive on my computer first?

I had a virus which made it so that when I log onto to my account, I would automatically log out. I got rid of the virus, but it deleted something on my windows, I reinstalled my windows, but it still won't work. I decided just to get a new hard drive, but I heard that when I reinstalled my windows, my files are deleted. I want to check if they really are deleted because the reinstalled didn't bring back the file that was deleted so maybe the reinstall didn't work. But if my files were deleted, can I get them back? If I take it to geek squad, can they get them back?

If I reinstall Windows XP with a different disk because I don't have the original disk, will I lose my files on my computer? My computer already has windows xp pro, but I need to reinstall it, but dont have the disk. So I plan on buying a windows xp disk, will i lose the files on my computer?

My dad's friend gave me a computer that was only 6 months old. I have been using it for a couple of years now. It has windows xp pro, but today I got a virus, I was able to get rid of the virus, but I had to restart my computer. When it finished restarting and I tried to log in, it automatically log out by itself. I thought it was a virus that might still be on my computer, but it is unlikely. I scanned with 3 different anti virus and malware programs and they got rid of it for sure. After some research on the internet, I figure that the virus messed up my Windows. Since I got the computer from someone else, I didn't have the original Windows CD, but the guy made me a copy. So I used the copy and now I have to put in the Certificate of Authenticity which I don't have. Sinse i already set up the Windows, it doesn't log out by itself anymore, so I know that was the problem, but now I have another one. How do I get the Certificate of Authenticity? My dad's friend moved and I can not get the original CD from him. Is there another way to get the Certificate of Authenticity or should I go out and buy a new XP CD. Or should I just get Vista?

If I update the windows, will all my files on computer go away?

I got my virus alert from Macafee. So I scanned my computer and deleted it. Then I restarted my computer. When I tried to log back into my computer, it logs out by itself. I tried other accounts but the same thing happened. I also tried in safe mode. When I log in there is my wall paper but no icons. When should I do?

I keep getting pop ups after downloading mix tape. The pop ups are mostly ads and an alert saying my computer is infected by spyware and adware. My security system keeps getting disabled too and I am not doing it. I want to restore my computer to Dec 26, but I can only restore to Dec 27 which is when my computer started to get pop ups. Only Dec 27 and Dec 28 are bold allow me to press on them. I have made a restore point on Dec 27, but stil can't restore to Dec 26. How do I make it so I can restore to Dec 26? I have also done a full scan with my McAfee security, but it doesn't find anything. I have also deleted the mix tape I downloaded, but I still get pop ups. How do I get rid of them?
