I enjoy reading. I enjoy philosophy, as long as it is not nonsense, and not ignorant. I think I am an ignorant, vain, and overprivielaged human, I plan on doing something useful with my life, perhaps changing the world, or changing someone elses world.

  • I am worried I have violated my Conditional Discharge?

A little over a week ago in class a girl I shouldn't have trusted that I used to be friends had baked brownies for a class art show. I didn't eat the entire thing- it tasted like ****, but I ate at least half of it.

Today I had my court sentencing and I was ordered to take a UA for the terms of my Conditional Discharge. I initialed that I would be able to pass the first baseline, I didn't think the brownies would stay. So I took my first UA an hour after the hearing.

To make sure my life was back to normal, I bought a test from CVS that said I was positive for THC. What should I do? I told my parents I was positive I would be clean because I honestly thought I was. The court will notify me to reappear correct? Should I rehire the laywer I had? Will my CD opportunity go away? Is there anyway I can let someone know I unintentionally injested marijuana without having to bring that girl into court?

  • Do I keep my license in a Conditional Discharge?

Will my diver's license be suspended if I get a discharge (probably probation) for an A misdemeanor?

  • What should I do/expect if 3 grams of marijuana was found while the police did a search on me?

    PLEASE READ THIS***

I need all the help I can get, I ran away from home but I am 18 and the police were doing a weapon search because I had to be admitted to a psych ward for suicide concerns and they found 3 grams of weed while searching my bag. I was taken to the hospital, but before I was he read me my Miranda rights and told me the weed would go as evidence.

I live in Carmel, Indiana and I have a very clean record (and I know you guys don't want to hear this) and I am a well merited hard working student but my depression has caused me a great deal of trouble this past week.

Will my scholarship to attend a school based on merit go away for next year? Will this eventually leave my record? Will I be sent to jail/probation? Will I have to go to court? Is there anyway I can avoid any legal punishment based on my situation? I am already attending counseling and seeing a psychiatrist for my mental prblms.

  • One strike, your out!!?

My family (except for my lil bro) is from Nigeria, and my dad told us that President Bush made a law that if you are a foriegnor, and you get sent to prison or jail, you get sent back to the country you were from.I personally think its kind of silly and weak....Could someone elaborate on this?

  • Eating Disorder?

I know this may seem rude and insensitive, but why do girls continue to get eating disorders (I know the physcological factors about it, so dont preach to me about that) even when they know that many people die from the disorder, and from starvation daily? (It just bugs me because alot of my family in Africa have sparse food and are dying because of it).
