I have a horrible loan, 11.65% 3809.10 a month payment. I have made every payment on time. Its a high payment and we struggle making it but we do. When the interest rate adjusts they said the interest will go up to 14%. I have tried to refinace but can only do it in my name. Credit score is 600, can't prove income even though together we make over 100 k a year.. Loan is at 361,000 and I don't know what it's worth now. I am guessing about 400,000.. Is there anything I can do? I tried a loan modification but they said no that we can afford the payments.. Its such a struggle each month... When we got the loan the lender said do it for 6 months, make good faith ontime payments then we can get a lower interest rate.. Well now we can't and I need help...

I have 3 of the most ungrateful, selfish, inmature step children in the world. We have basically disowned them and only at this point pay the child support but no other contact. I would like for my husband to have some sort of relationship with them but I don't know how to mend the broken heart they gave my husband! 2 yrs ago I financed my step son who was 18 a car into my name, he was told all he had to do was make the payment and the car insurance, that was all fine while he lived with us but as soon as he moved back to live with his mother the payments were made when he wanted to make them and most of the time never full payments. Well after a heated argument he dared me to try and come take the car from him. That night we were on a plane and went and took the car in the middle of the night, notified the police we had the car incase he tried to report it stolen which he did and they told him I repossed it. Needless to say that caused so much drama, everyone blames us!How do I fix it

I traded in a 07 tahoe and 05 cobalt for a 07 trail blazer to save money. I hate the Trail Blazer! I have found out the dealer has not gotten me financed yet. I did this on Oct 20th. the Finance manager told me they have 15 days, when I called friday he said they can't find financing and they legally have till Monday Nov 5th but I should talk to the Sales manager. I talked to Woody at Champion Chev and told him I just want to end the deal now since there is no financing approval and Alex told me he exausted all his options. He said no, he will push the deal through and I need to contact him Monday after 1 pm to see if he was able to. Now my question is, how can he push it through when Alex the finance manager said he exhausted all his options? I am so over it and just want my trade in backs. I live in Nevada, dealer is Champion Chev in Reno, how long can he keep doing this before he has to rescind the contract?

I contacted the dealer and the finance guy told me to make the payments that they still haven't been able to secure financing, I asked how long they will keep trying and he said a few more weeks, can't I just tell them nevermind, let me have back my trade in's and I will bring the new car back?

Its a Yorky, its not microchipped and hasn't been reported lost - the local animal shelter and vet has all the info, now the girl wants it back. My parents are already in love with this little puppy and since she isn't the original owner my parents think she is just wanting it due to its value so they are decling to give it back to her since she just found it. My question is, does someone have the right to give something away and then take it back?

This will be my first missed payment. I talked to my lender and they will not do a loan modification at this time, told me to contact them in 2009! I have talked to a person on Foreclosure fish but I am scared to do that, I need some advise please. I want to save my home. Current payment is $3800 and we can't afford that at all.
