I am happy that i have lost 14lbs in two weeks and now want to start the weight training part of my weight loss program. I have a marcy mwm 900 home gym and was wondering if anyone knew of a good beginners work out? Is it better to do more reps of a lower weight or less reps of a higher weight? Is there any particular order in which to work the body?

What is this setting on my router and is there a reason to use it?

this may seem like a crazy question! I live in the states, my brother lives in England. If we both have this game we will be able to play each other online.

Only reason i ask is that i once had pes and so did he but we could not play each other online because i connected to the us servers and he the uk servers.

so all you fifa 08 players on the ps3 can you play people in other countries?

My 2001 impala is having some issues. It will start from cold first time everymorning no problem whatsoever. Then i make a short 2 min trip to the gas station get some coffee etc, then when i get back in the car and go to start it, it will not start. it takes about 4/5 cranks to get the car running again.

Any ideas what the problem could be? I just changed the spark plugs and spark plug cables, replaced the airfiler and oil filter and the battery is about 1 yr old.

I convert my videos to 320x240 which is the screen native resolution but when it plays back it is not full screen and there are bars at the top and the bottom (even on non widescreen movies). how to i convert a video to play full screen? what resolution does it need to be? thanks

it seems a rip off to me seeing as the game has just 40 cars and 3 tracks!
