Unattended Minor Hit My Vehicle?
I deliver pizza. I pulled in to a driveway. My car hung out over sidewalk. Unattended minor (around age 10) hit my vehicle with his bicycle as I was at door to home. His parents are saying it was my fault for parking illegally (blocking sidewalk). I say he shouldn't have been unattended with his 3 other minor friends. Help?
