This is for older people to answer. I am 50, was involved with someone for 7 years. He ultimately broke up with me a couple years ago and now I am ready to move on. Problem is, there are no eligible men available in my area. Traveling to another town is not that easy because the nearest town to me with a/an population of available singles is about 70 miles from me and I have an unreliable car to drive. So, what am I to do? Any suggestions? In this area I live in now, there are only OLD retired men, or retired men with wives with their claws dug deep into their husband's wallets or young men with wives and families. I am not a cougar and do not wish to have some young fella 20 years my junior.. Nor do I want someone who is ancient. I want a companion, someone to share my life with.

I was just diagnosed with high triglycerides. I know that I must now limit my grain and sugar intake. Can I still eat oatmeal? I know it is good for lowering cholesterol, but I read you have to limit all grains to lower my triglyceride level. It might seem a silly question, but I'd really like to know.

Also, does anyone know of a great sample diet.. one that actually tells you what to fix for meals.. this is new to me and I need all the help I can get..

I have a 14 pound turkey thawing in the fridge as I type. I just found out the people I have invited over are not coming. I want to know if I can refreeze the turkey? It is still in its package.

How do I block someone's email from getting to me? I also want to know if this person will get a message saying that their mail has been blocked? (I hope so anyhow)

I just found out that the man I have been in love with for 8 years has dumped me for an old girlfriend of his many, many years ago. So, now he is out of my life.. this is the right procedure, right???.. I am gutted beyond words. And please dont tell me to move on and find someone else.. I simply dont have room in my heart for another user.

Ive been in love with this man for a very long time.. He finally admitted to me a year ago he loved me. He lives far from me so I went to see him recently (We have seen one another several times). It was a lovely visit. We even talked of getting married! So, I get home, and he seemed to be pulling away from me around the second week I got back from there. I ask in an email what is wrong.. He tells me he's been busy.. blah blah.. Then I get an email from him stating he wants to be 'just friends'. I blew up at him on the phone and called him everything but a gentleman. I didnt let him get a word in edgewise. I told him to take me off his IMs and emails.. Now, I very much regret doing this, because I didnt have the chance to talk to him about his decision as to why the 'just friends'. He has deleted me from his lists per my requests. I am beyond devestated and still very much in love with him. Any advise?

I have a jar of naural honey, bought locally. Been sitting in the cabinet for a couple of months.. we all know honey does not spoil.. but its turned into a sugar. How do I get it back to its original liquid form?

I have feet from hell.. Plantar fasciitis. The doc told me not to do any heavy impact exercises. OK.. so I do light impact aerobics and my feet still hurt. The pool was suggested, but I refuse to pay $60 a month just to use the pool at the local health center. No, there isnt a YMCA close by. How do I get myself into shape, cardio especially, if my feet wont let me??

Whenever it rains, I have alot of condensation on the inside of my windshield and also on the windows on the inside. The condensation will last which feels like forever. It seems to be getting worse! I am constantly wiping the windshield off. I have a 1989 Toyota Camry. Any ideas?
