Do petty offenses need to be reported on job applications? i.e. public urination or intoxication?

I need to find the American Film Institute clip that plays a piece from some of the most influential films of all time all to a classical piece of music. I am not sure if it is shown at the Oscars, but I have seen it in film class, and I was trying to describe it to somebody. Any ideas on the name or location would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My fiancee's cat keeps scratching the mirrors on her closet doors every night when she is trying to sleep. Does anyone have an explanation for this, more importantly... an antedote? I live out of state, so it does not bother me, but I hear about it every morning on the way to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My friend just lost his job and he is the sole bread winner for his wife and two kids. He is reluctant to tell his wife out of fears that she would leave him. He gets up and leaves the house in the morning for "work" but usually ends up at a bar or strip club spending money and then comes home at his normal time. Should I tell his wife the truth or let him go on with this charade?
