So my father's had this hernia for probably a good 20 years of his life(not sure what kind). He absolutely refuses to go get surgery for it. End of question. Usually, he says, there's some constant pain or, mainly, some sory of discomfort. Lately though, he's been saying that it feels like its pretty much gone completely. There's no pain at all and almost no discomfort. I know ya'll aren't doctors here but just want an opinion if this could be a good or bad thing that it's practically just going away all of a sudden? 

So I have to write a story for English and I decided to do one about a girl who basically feels connected to nature through her name (its a long story so I'm not even going to bother with half of it lol).

I just need some good nature names for a girl. I was thinking of Ivy but it's way too basic. Something that sounds special and even mysterious?

This has been going on now for about a year and has been progressively getting worse up until now where sometimes I'll start crying for no reason, or it takes very little to get me started crying. Everytime I try to explain it to my mom I feel like crying too. If I don't feel sad I feel extremely down and lonely and I keep getting these negative thoughts like why couldn't i be better, why am i so stupid etc. I wouldn't call what I'm feeling an "I don't want to live anymore" mindset (though I do feel like that sometimes) but just an overall constant sad feeling. When I'm around people or watching something funny, I can laugh and maybe feel content but it feels really artificial if you know what i mean?

Another thing that has been going on for longer than this, almost ever since I can remember. I've always been extremely self concious and scared of what first impression I might make or just scared of what people think of me. I used to be able to go places and go to school events to hang out with friends (I go to an online school so all my friends live all over the state and even all over the country) but I still felt extremely scared, awkward, and out of place. Now it's gotten to the point that I don't want to even leave the house sometimes and I just wish I could sleep all day.

You could also say I have very, very low self esteem.
