3 AnswersRock and Pop5 years agoHow to tell that SLI mode is working?
Hello, i am running (2) GTX480's in SLI mode. I want to be sure they are working. When doing a benchmark, both will run the same percent usage and whatnot, but when i disable SLI under the control panel it still does the same thing. So using these steps http://www.wikihow.com/Establish-Nvidia-SLI I have gotten to Part 2: Step 4 and where it says the part about "SLI performance Mode" its not there in the list.. Is it working, or what am i doing wrong. Its windows 7 if that helps. Thanks.

Hey, just noticed this morning that my car has a few dents in the roof.. I have no idea how they got there, but they do not crease in the dent, and the paint is not broken at all. Just wondering of an easy way to maybe pop them out or something? Just not looking to spend thousands at a body shop. Thanks!

1 AnswerSecurity8 years agoGraphics cards maxing out on startup?
Hello im having a problem with my PC. Im running 2 GTX480's in SLI and on startup they are maxing out, now im sure its not just everything starting up that is maxing them out because if i leave it for an hour they will still be running at full capacity. Previously there would be a popup from AVG which would say to move a file to the vault and this would stop the maxing out so it didn't bother me but now this isn't showing up so its permanently stuck maxed. Need help as their heating up badly. Thanks. Also running windows 7.
2 AnswersDesktops8 years agoLaptop runs fine than randomely freezes ?
Hello i have an HP laptop, i dont know the exact model number because its not right in front of me but it runs Windows 7 has a dual core i5 processor, 4gb ram and Nvidia 230M graphics card. The problems started when my GF dropped it and it would not start, i managed to do a factory reset which for some reason worked. I can start it fine but after about 5 mins the PC completely freezes indefinitely and you have to hold the power button or take out the battery and restart to fix it. Any help is appreciated because it is out of warranty. Thanks in advance.

4 AnswersDesktops8 years agoHelp Suggest a Good cheap motherboard for me?
Hello i'm building a gaming computer. I need a good motherboard but i would also like something cheap ish. maybe like 150$ ? Anyway i need something to handle my 6 core Phenom II AM3+ 6 core processor, at least 2 way SLI support (i would like the pci to be 3.0 rather than 2.0 if that makes sense) and 16gb of ram. If anymore info is needed let me know. I've been looking on tigerdirect, newegg, amazon. Places like that but all suggestions will be considered if they meet the requirements, thank you!

3 AnswersDesktops9 years agoWhat could be wrong with my motorcycle ?
Hey i have a 1997 Yamaha virago and it worked great up until today when i was driving it, it started spitting and I could barely keep it running for the ride home.. Its smoking really bad, and the rear wheel is covered in oil of some kind. Also the clutch is really loose now. Its a shaft driven bike not chain, don't know if that's relevant. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
